摘要: A sheet processing device can prevent a folded sheet bundle from being opened upon accumulation to prevent a reduction in accumulation amount thereof. The sheet processing device includes a pair of pressing rollers pressing a folding loop of a folded sheet bundle in a thickness direction, a support unit mounted to a device frame and supporting a plurality of rows of the pressing roller pairs such that intervals therebetween in the row direction are reduced stepwise, and a gripper member that makes the folding loop of the folded sheet bundle pass through the support unit in a direction that the intervals of the plurality of rows of pressing roller pairs in the row direction are reduced stepwise. The folded sheet bundle passes through the support unit by the gripper member to cause the folding loop to be sequentially pressed by the plurality of rows of pressing roller pairs.

摘要: A stacker is described, in particular in an installation of the paper processing industry, for forming a stack of several flat parts to be fed in a transport direction, in particular film sheets or paper sheets, with a stack forming area and a support device for supporting the stack to be formed from the flat parts in the stack forming area. The special nature of the invention lies in that the support device has a plurality of discrete support elements that are at least arranged one behind the other seen in the transport direction of the flat parts and are supported in a moveable manner between a lower position and an upper position at an angle to the transport direction of the flat parts, preferably approximately at right angles to the transport direction A of the flat parts and/or approximately vertically.

摘要: To provide a product accumulation device with superior general-purpose capabilities, being able to cope with the modified specification of target products only by partially altering the structure thereof. An accumulation means of a product accumulation device includes: a rotary member having a product contact surface relative to products supplied from the product supply means, and a guide member that is provided with the rotary member and that shifts the products from the product contact surface to an approximately perpendicular direction relative to the product contact surface by means of the rotation of the rotation member, thereby being able to cope with the modified specification of target products only by partially altering its structure.

摘要: A device is used for transporting a horizontal stack from a stack support to an intermediate deposit, where the stack is formed in a gathering device with upright, lined-up signatures. The device is comprised of a horizontally and vertically displaceable clamp arranged above the stack support, wherein the clamp compresses the stack at the ends and transfers a strapped stack from the stack support to an adjacent intermediate deposit.

摘要: The present invention relates to a delivery clamp module and a control method thereof. According to the present invention, there is provided a delivery clamp module. The delivery clamp module comprises a clamp guide with a movement guide rail included therein; a delivery tray movable along the rail of the clamp guide by means of a driving force of a tray delivery motor; a clamp base rotatably connected to a front end of the delivery tray through a connecting arm, rotated within a predetermined angular range by a base rotating motor, and supporting a surface of the stacked media; and a clamp arm installed on the clamp base, including push fingers for pushing the media onto the clamp base by an elastic force, and rotated with respect to the clamp base within a predetermined angular range by an arm rotating motor. According to the present invention so constructed, since the media stacked on the stacking module are clamped directly by the delivery clamp module, and delivered to the customer or rejected if the customer did not take out the media, there is an advantage in that the general configuration of the present invention is relatively simplified. In addition, the media can be always securely pushed to the clamp base and clamped by an elastic force of the push finger of the clamp arm regardless of the number of the media. Further, there is an advantage in that it is possible for a media sensor to sense whether or not the media are clamped, taken out, and the like by installing the media sensor and a reflecting member to the clamp base and the clamp arm.
