摘要： A shipping container convertible to a display configuration, formed from a one-piece blank of sheet material. The container comprises opposing first and second side walls and opposing front and back walls. Top and bottom flaps are foldably joined to respective upper and lower edges of the front, back, and side walls of the container. The front wall comprises outer and inner front panels foldably joined to respective ones of the first and second side walls. A clean cut front separation line extends across the front wall. A side separation line extends diagonally along each of the side walls from opposing ends of the front separation line to an upper back corner of each of the side walls, and a portion of the front wall and side walls above the respective front and side separation lines define a removable cover portion of the shipping container.

The reclosable lid comprises a first intermediate panel foldably connected to at least one of the plurality of panels and a second intermediate panel foldably connected to the first intermediate panel. The first intermediate panel is positioned in face-to-face contact with the second intermediate panel. The reclosable lid is pivotable at the hinge between a closed position preventing access to the interior of the carton and an open position allowing access to the interior of the carton.

摘要： The transfer tool of this invention includes a handle, a substantially rigid rod extending from the handle, and a peg attachment end. The rod should be long enough to hold a plurality of packages to facilitate the quick transfer of a large number of packages from the shipping container to the display peg. 摘要： A side-filled, flip-top reclosable carton comprises opposing top and bottom walls and opposing front and back walls where the front wall includes inner and outer panels. First and second top minor flaps extend from opposing ends of the top wall. First and second bottom minor flaps extend from opposing ends of the bottom wall. First and second back major flaps extend from opposing ends of the back wall. First and second wing flaps extend from opposing ends of the front inner panel. First and second front major flaps extend from opposing ends of the front outer panel. The first and second front major flaps and the front outer panel including a continuous horizontal tear strip for opening up the carton from a sealed form to form a lid hingedly attached to a base section. The first top and bottom minor flaps, the first front and back major flaps, and the first wing flap are uniquely designed to permit sealing of the first side wall using a conventional flap folding sequence so that the carton is entirely compatible with conventional form-fill-seal equipment. The various second flaps are similarly folded and glued using the conventional folding sequence to form a second side wall opposing the first side wall.

摘要： An improved flip-top recloseable carton is provided in the form of a six-sided parallelopiped enclosure having opposing top and bottom walls, front and back walls, and side walls formed from corresponding panels and flaps defined on a unitary, continuous paperboard blank. The outer layers of the side walls and the front wall are provided with horizontal tear-strip sections which define an integral and continuous tear strip that functions as convenient means for opening the carton from its sealed from. Repeated closing and positive locking of the carton is realized by means of a die-cut portion on the interior surface of the front wall which includes a proximal flap and an island portion dispersed in forcibly displaceable mutual engagement. Once the engaging flap and island are disengaged forcibly by opening the carton top, reclosing thereof leads to snap re-engagement of the flap and island elements accompanied by positive tactile and audible feedback indicative of effective carton closure.

A lid is operably associated with the front, rear and bottom panels for forming a hollow tube having first and second open ends. The lid includes a cover panel and means for securing the cover panel to one of the front, rear and bottom panels. A first set of end flaps are operably associated with the first open end of the hollow tube for sealing the first open end. A second set of end flaps are operably associated with the second open end of the hollow tube for sealing the second open end. The first set of end flaps include at least first and second end flaps, the first end flap is offset inwardly of the second end flap. A first membrane flap extends from the second end flap of the first set of end flaps and inwardly toward the second set of end flaps. First spacing means is provided for forming an opening between the first end flap of the first set of end flaps and the cover panel for receiving the first membrane flap. The first spacing means is formed on a portion of the carton removed from an upper edge of the first end flap of the first set of end flaps.
