    Abstract: A refillable bottle for dispensing a fluid product, comprising a container formed in a body. The bottle comprises a dispensing device and a valve for filling the container arranged to allow a product source to be brought into communication with the container to fill the container. The valve comprises a conduit for communication between the source and the container, and having a seat equipped with a flap valve movable relative to the seat between a sealed closed position and an open position of the conduit when the bottle is in an upside-down position. The valve has an upper cylindrical coupling in which the flap valve is movably mounted by forming, inside the cylindrical coupling, a downstream portion of the conduit which discharges into the container by means of a passage. The upper cylindrical coupling is cylindrical in revolution and has a notch arranged so that the passage is asymmetrical.

    Abstract: A lid assembly for a beverage container having a lid housing, a seal assembly and a trigger member. The seal assembly has a drink seal to close the drink aperture. The seal assembly is rotatedly connected to the lid housing and movable between a use position and a cleaning position to allow the drink aperture to be open for cleaning. The trigger member is connected to the lid housing and is capable of engaging the seal assembly in the use position, but it cannot engage the seal assembly in the cleaning position. Additionally, a trigger lock is connected to the lid housing to prevent engagement of the seal assembly by the trigger member when the trigger lock is locked. The trigger lock may also contain a visual indicator to indicate that the lock is in the locked position.

    Abstract: An openable and closeable lid assembly is provided for a beverage container. The lid assembly comprises a lid housing, an actuator and a seal. The lid housing has an upper surface with a drink aperture and an actuator aperture extending therethrough. The actuator extends through the actuator aperture and is positionable in an open position, where liquid can pass through the drink aperture, and a closed position, where the drink aperture is closed. A seal is provided adjacent the actuator aperture. The seal seals against the actuator and the lid housing to prevent liquid from escaping out the actuator aperture.

    Abstract: A cap for closing a sprayer tank has integrated therein a pressure relief valve having a tubular member providing a seat with respect to which a valve provided by an o-ring on a stem is displaced in a direction against the seat to close the valve. The stem is connected at one end thereof to a cap and is biased by a spring around the stem at the opposite end thereof into closing position. The cap is guided by a rim around the seat member. The cap defines around the stem a chamber. This chamber communicates with a spout which directs pressurized flow away from the cap when it is rotated to manually open the valve against the bias of the spring so as to relieve pressure in the tank. The passageway provided by the spout and the chamber is much larger than the passageway around the rim of the cap so that substantially all of the pressurized flow is diverted by this snout away from the fingers of the person grasping the cap at ears providing wings on the cap for rotating the cap to displace the valve to open position.

    Abstract: A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be selectively opened by a user when the user presses a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the user releases the button. Thus, a user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container.

A depression of the outer applicator portion against the surface displaces the applicator from the sealing member to enable the flow of the liquid from the container to the applicator tip of the applicator.
