摘要： A paint colorant dispenser for dispensing colorants into both large and small containers includes a cabinet for accommodating a plurality of color and canisters in fluid communication with a common dispense outlet. A container shelf unit is disposed in front of the cabinet and below the dispense outlet. The shelf unit includes a horizontal base disposed below the dispense outlet upon which large containers can rest. The shelf unit also includes a pivoting shelf which can pivot upward and provide a horizontal resting surface closer to the dispense outlet for smaller containers. A controller, keyboard and monitor are contained in a second modular cabinet that can be disposed on either side of the first cabinet. An additional modular cabinet can be provided for accommodating additional colorant canisters. A drip containment system is disposed in the modular shelf unit.

摘要： A mountable reusable paint container is configured for mounting on a wall and includes one or more separate storage compartments formed in a downward sloping configuration with each compartment having a spigot coupled at the base for dispensing the stored paint product. The paint container further includes molded air tight lids configured for fitting over each of the compartments. Each of the paint containers preferably have a stirring mechanism formed within the lid which extends into the paint container when the lid is positioned over the paint container. The stirring device extends downward into the reusable paint container and includes a top handle portion, a threaded distance rod and a bottom fin portion. The bottom fin portion includes a plurality of small evenly spaced fins formed of plastic which rotate with the stirring device in the paint container when the top handle portion is manually activated.

摘要： Automatic paint stirring equipment of the type having a rack adapted to removably receive and support a plurality of paint cans in which each paint can includes a cover having a paint stiffing assembly mounted to the cover with a paddle inside the can and a driven member positioned above the cover. A plurality of drive assemblies are also provided wherein each drive assembly includes a drive shaft rotatably mounted to the rack having a drive member secured to its lower end which mechanically engages the driven member on the paint can cover. A pulley is secured to the other end of the drive shaft while a motor rotatably drives the pulley via an endless belt. The paint stirring equipment includes an improved bushing for rotatably mounting the drive shafts to the rack. This improved bushing includes a one-piece housing having an axial throughbore adapted to receive the drive shaft therethrough. A flange is provided at one end of the bushing while a bayonet coupling is provided at the other end of the bushing. Upon insertion of the bayonet coupling through a like-shaped bayonet opening in the rack and rotation of the bushing to a locked position, a portion of the rack is entrapped between the bayonet coupling and the flange. Preferably, the bushing is of a one-piece plastic construction.
