The present disclosure relates to the technical field of solid waste recycling and fabricated buildings, and provides a solid waste large-mixing-amount concrete prefabricated laminated slab and a preparation method thereof. The solid waste large-mixing-amount concrete prefabricated laminated slab provided by the present disclosure comprises a prefabricated layer and a laminated layer. Transverse grooves and longitudinal grooves are formed in the surface of the prefabricated layer. During application, the grooves can be used for erecting pipelines, the contact area of the prefabricated layer and the laminated layer can also be increased, the combined effect of new concrete and old concrete is improved, the integrity of a floor slab is enhanced, and the effect of improving the overall stress capacity of the floor slab is achieved.

A process for producing CMC articles that includes reducing the presence of porosity and voids within the articles. The process is performed on a porous fired preform comprising a fiber reinforcement material and a ceramic matrix material, and the preform is densified by heating the preform and a fill material to melt the fill material, and by creating a vacuum that causes the molten fill material to infiltrate and partially fill voids within the preform. While the fill material remains molten within the voids, the preform and fill material are subjected to an increased pressure to further fill the voids with the molten fill material. Thereafter, and while the preform and molten fill material therein remain subject to the increased pressure, the preform and fill material are cooled to solidify the fill material within the voids and yield a CMC article.

The method of manufacturing the segments, which are combined to build the spliced prestressed concrete girder, includes: manufacturing one or more joint blocks, each having a first end that has a shear key and is to be spliced to an end of an adjacent segment and having a second end that is bonded to a segment body of the segment; and manufacturing the segment body by using the one or more joint blocks as one or more ends of a formwork in which the segment body is to be made and by casting and curing concrete in the formwork, wherein the one or more joint blocks are fixedly bonded to one or more ends of the segment body in the manufacturing of the segment body.

A system for use in papermaking including at least two members one of which is movable relative to the other and in frictional engagement therewith wherein at least one of the members comprises an elongated flexible composite including a plurality of ceramic segments, each segment having at least two opposite surfaces that are flat and parallel. The segments are aligned in stacked relationship with their flat faces in abutting face-toface relation and forced toward each other in the direction of their composite length with a force which is sufficient to maintain the segments in compression when subjected to conditions of thermal change and/or flexing of the member during use. The ceramic member is provided with a smooth elongated working surface which defines an area of contact between the members of the system. Systems including a papermaking foil or suction device in a papermaking process, or a doctor blade are disclosed. A method for making the ceramic member is disclosed.
