    摘要: An extrusion molding machine for producing a ceramic molding is provided in which a ceramic material which has not been kneaded is efficiently introduced to realize a high molding speed. The machine includes a screw extruder and a material introduction portion through which the material is introduced into the screw extruder. The material introduction portion is provided with a casing having an introduction passage connected to a housing of the screw extruder and an opening through which the material is charged, and right and left introduction screws provided in the introduction passage. The introduction screws are provided with lead portions wound in opposite directions and arranged so that the lead portions are engaged substantially in a non-contact state. The introduction screws are rotated so that the material is moved in a direction opposite to the opening at the engagement portion.

    摘要: A preformed formwork for forming concrete floor slab for a height adjustable shipping container building structure having spaced apart frame side beams, spaced apart end beams and fork lifting supports. Reinforcing is situated within the internal area of the frame and attached to the side and end beams. A wall receiving feature on the external surface of the side and end beams accommodates attaching a portion of wall panel to the end and side beams. Columns are supported at the corners of the frame. The preformed formwork is dimensioned to equal the floor area of a shipping container so the preformed formwork is able to be easily transported within a height adjustable shipping container containing building components and able to be readily and easily erected and assembled as ether a ground floor or upper level floor of a building structure prior to been formed in to a concrete slab.

    摘要: A height adjustable column for a shipping container building structure. The height adjustable column has an upper sleeve portion, a middle sleeve portion and a lower sleeve. When the column is in the non-extended position the middle sleeve portion is fully slid within the lower and upper sleeve portions and a substantive length of the upper sleeve portion is slid within the lower sleeve portion such that ISO apertures in the middle sleeves are aligned whereby the height of the column is at a reduced height compared to that that of a standard shipping container. When the column is in the extended position locking means on the middle sleeve portion engage and lock with the corresponding slotted apertures on the lower and upper sleeve portions as to support and retain the column at a height equal to or greater than the height of a standard shipping container.

    摘要: A dispensing bucket apparatus that removably connects to a loader vehicle. The apparatus is a bucket that is adapted to receive and hold a flowable material and has an exit opening in its front end that is selectively opened and closed by a gate. The position of the gate may be controlled by the user from within the loader vehicle to control the flow and flow rate of the flowable material from the bucket. The side walls of the bucket converge toward the front of the bucket and form a funnel that directs the flowable material to the exit opening. The construction of the apparatus is such that the user can view the pour at all times and, thereby, reduce spillage and waste. An alternate embodiment includes a tilting mechanism that provides for attachment of the bucket to a forklift and for tilting of the bucket. A removable chute allows the pour opening to be extended further from the front of the bucket.

    摘要: A fluid material ejecting apparatus includes a material chamber to which a fluid material containing at least one of metal particles and ceramic particles is supplied, a valve seat constituting a part of the material chamber and including an ejection port, a piston movable in the material chamber in directions toward and away from the ejection port, and a driver of the piston. The driver is configured to cause the piston to contact the valve seat from a position away from the valve seat and move in the direction toward the ejection port so as to slide along the valve seat, to thereby eject the fluid material through the ejection port. Sliding surfaces of the piston and the valve seat via which the piston and the valve seat contact each other have a higher Vickers hardness than the particles contained in the fluid material.
