In a rolling process, the rolling assembly moves in the first direction (a), so as to be capable of ensuring that the rolling pressure applied to the member to be rolled is constant and always perpendicular to the member to be rolled, that is, ensuring that the rolling pressure remains constant, thereby reducing the influence of external factors on the rolling process and improving the accuracy of a measurement result.

    摘要: A semi-automatic adjustment device for suppressing tension fluctuations during a rolling process of an ultra-thin strip includes a semi-automatic tension regulator, a semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping, a coiler, a tension roller and a twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic tension regulator is disposed between the coiler and the tension roller, the semi-automatic tuned mass damper of variable stiffness and damping is disposed between the tension roller and the twenty-high roller system. The semi-automatic adjustment device can be used to reduce a short-time fluctuation impact of tension during startup and shutdown of a twenty-high roll mill when the twenty-high rolling mill rolls an ultra-thin strip, improve system stability, absorb the continuous micro disturbances generated during the rolling process of the twenty-high roll mill, and achieve flexible and stable adjustment of tension during the rolling process.

    摘要: The invention relates to a rolling mill (1) which is used to hot roll metal, in particular aluminium. Said rolling mill comprises a hot strip mill (3) provided with a pre-rolling train (4) and a finishing rolling train (5). The aim of the invention is to improve said rolling mill such that it is more compact and/or such that the systems, which are already compact, are more productive. The pre-rolling train (4) is embodied as a tandem train, wherein the rolling product is milled in a tandem mode for jointly involving at least two pre-rolling frames (8, 9) arranged one behind the other. Alternatively or simultaneously, the pre-rolling train (4) and the finishing train (5) work together as a tandem train. Milling occurs place in the tandem mode when the frame of the pre-rolling train and the finishing train are used together. In the finishing train, milling can take place, preferably, in a reversing tandem mode.

    摘要: Continuously cast products (12) are often provided with surface defects such as oscillation marks (17) and other non-homogeneous structures in the cast state thereof during production in a casting die (11) of a continuous casting plant (10). Defects which render a strip useless for superior applications also frequently occur on the strip surface during subsequent milling of the slab (12″) into a strip. The aim of the invention is to minimize said defects and provide the rolling mill with a slab (12″) having a desired preliminary profile and an improved near-surface structure. Said aim is achieved by arranging a reducing roll stand (30) in the area of the bending rolls or straightening driver rolls (24) within the continuous casting plant (10). Said reducing roll stand (30) allows the cast billet (12) to be deformed in a specific manner at an early point in time while still having a high temperature and providing a high energy yield after being completely hardened such that the depth of the existing oscillation marks (17) on the cast billet surface (16) is reduced, the finely crystalline edge layer (18) is enlarged as a result of the energy being released which is introduced into the reducing billet (12′) during said deformation process, and increased recrystallization occurs and the grains in the deformed edge zone (19) of the slab (12″) are refined during the subsequent thermal treatment in a holding furnace (40).

    摘要: A sheet bar having a thickness of 20 to 50 mm, as continuously cast by a sheet bar caster, is passed as it is through a first sheet bar twister and is then wound in an up-end state into an up-end sheet bar coil. Then, this up-end sheet bar coil is rewound, passed through a second sheet bar twister, finish-rolled and wound into a hot coil. As compared with the slabbing—high draft rolling process of the prior art, the invention is advantageous in that it can improve the quality, production yield and production efficiency and can reduce the cost for an apparatus such as the cost for its construction and maintenance.
