Abstract:
A manufacturing apparatus of a coating film product rolls a mixture coating material by a first roll and transfers the mixture coating material to a coated object in motion to thereby manufacture the coating film product. An arithmetic average roughness Ra on a roll surface of the first roll is higher than a value 0.05 times of a particle size “d10” in which an integrated distribution of particle sizes of particles included in the mixture coating material is 10% and lower than a value 20 times a particle size “d90” in which an integrated distribution is 90%.
Abstract:
A unit for spreading an adhesive onto a moving film, includes at least one pair of abutments (11) upon which is mounted a first pick-up roller (12) for collecting a quantity of adhesive from a collection zone (13), a second roller (14) that rotates in contact with the first roller (12), intended to receive the quantity of adhesive, and a third roller (15) that rotates in contact with the second roller (14), wherein the abutments include at least one fixed portion (19) and one moving portion (20, 21) that can be firmly connected to the fixed portion, the moving portion being configured: to house a tank (17) in which the adhesive collection zone is found, or to house an additional fourth roller (18) positioned at a given distance from the first roller, the collection zone being located in the upper space between the first and the fourth roller (12, 18).

Abstract:
A device for applying a liquid coating material onto a moving web-shaped substrate material, comprising application rollers rotatably mounted in a roller frame and forming a NIP roller gap for dosing the coating material; and a supply chamber for the coating material, which is vertically arranged adjacent to the rollers.
Abstract:
A device for applying adhesives includes an adhesive chamber, the front side of which is closed by an adhesive roller with a vertical rotational axis which, in cooperation with one vertical side wall of the chamber, delimits a return gap for unremoved adhesive. A sealing roller is arranged parallel to the adhesive roller, forms a gap for the adhesive in cooperation with the adhesive application roller and is sealed relative to the other vertical side wall of the chamber by sealing elements. A glue application roller can be adjusted such that it adjoins the adhesive roller, receives preferably formatted glue sections from the adhesive roller and transfers the glue sections to the work pieces on which the glue needs to be applied. In order to prevent accumulations of the adhesive in front of the return gap which are discharged in uncontrolled fashion, a strip of flexible and/or elastic material is fastened to the side wall that delimits the return gap. The free end of the strip adjoins the surface region of the adhesive roller which enters the chamber.

Abstract:
An adhesive-spreading unit includes a set of rollers, each of which rotates at a higher speed than the preceding one, the first roller being in contact with a tank of adhesive and the last roller sliding in contact with a film on which the adhesive is to be deposited. The unit also includes devices for distancing the rollers from one another and bring them into contact when the film has been loaded into a machine, and a single actuator unit for moving the rollers. The actuator, during the first stage of its travel, brings a rubber-clad roller into contact with the first roller, and during the second part of its travel moves the two rollers to bring the rubber-covered roller into contact with a third roller, which transfers the adhesive to the film and vice versa.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an apparatus for coating at least one substrate web (19) or laminating at least one substrate web (22) onto a substrate web (19) that is coated with adhesives (21) so as to form a laminate (24). Said apparatus comprises a dosing device that is assigned to an application roller (16) used for applying adhesive (21) as well as a counterpressure roller (17) which is allocated to the application roller (16) and between which the at least one substrate web (19) is fed in order to apply the adhesive (21). The dosing device (14) is disposed so as to be movable relative to the application roller (16) in order to adjust a width of the dosing gap (28). The inventive apparatus is characterized in that the dosing device (14) encompasses at least two different areas (34, 37) which can be selectively assigned to a closing gap (28) in order to apply adhesive (21).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for applying liquid mass to a product, in particular a dough product. The method comprises of providing a supply of substantially liquid mass, carrying a layer of liquid mass out of the supply and applying the mass from the layer onto supplied product, characterized by applying the layer to the product by splashing the layer. The invention also relates to an application device for applying a substantially liquid mass to a product.
Abstract:
A coating system for material webs, specifically of paper or cardboard, includes two mutually parallel rolls directly coordinated with each other, the rolls having a mutually variable spacing such that the rolls can be positioned to create a press gap for coating the web, or so as not to create a press gap. When the rolls are not positioned to form a press gap, the web passes over both roll shells while circumventing the applicators which have already dosed the roll shells with a coating mixture. The web passes over both roll shells for purposes of transferring the coating mixture predosed by the applicators. Solely the web pull in conjunction with the wrap angle of the two roll shells serves the final dosing by scraping off an excess quantity from the roll shells.
