    摘要: To assist the filtering from a tank into the inlet port of the pressure chamber of a sprayer, an additional pumping structure is attached to the pumping mechanism of the sprayer. A hose extends into the tank of the sprayer and draws fluid from the tank into the additional pumping structure. Fluid is pumped from the additional pumping structure via the hose to provide a jet of fluid upon a filter over the inlet port. The jet of fluid flushes the filter and retards the accumulation of debris thereon, thereby retarding the clogging of the filter.

Inside of it, there is a pressure chamber where is stored water and the Chemical Concentrated product that is inside a pliable tightly closed bag. The reservoir (10) is designed for supplying water (Ag), the chemical concentrated product (CCP) is stored separately in a pliable container (12). The pliable container (12) is disposed inside of a pressure chamber or water reservoir (10), so that the same pressure defined inside the reservoir (10) is applied to the pliable container (12) simultaneously. The output end of the pliable container (12) is connected to the inlet of a mixing device (20) which doses the CCP continuously. After the CCP had been mixed with water, it communicates with a hose provided with an actuating trigger (30) and spraying nozzle (27) at the free end.

    摘要: A reservoir pump in which liquid supplied from a container in which the pump is installed enters a pressure chamber with respect to which a piston reciprocates in suction and compression strokes. The chamber communicates with a reservoir, (the supply) so that liquid is supplied into the chamber in the suction stroke of the piston and transferred under pressure into the reservoir during the compression stroke. The chamber is open to supply and to the reservoir via one-way valves which open during the suction and compression strokes, respectively. A passage providing an orifice with a cross section much smaller than the cross section of the opening into the chamber, which communicates the chamber with the supply, is open via another one-way valve during the suction stroke. Air enters through the passageway. This air is compressed during the compression stroke. Sufficient compressed air is delivered together with the liquid into the reservoir so as to accumulate sufficient pressure to pressurize the fluid when released from the reservoir for spraying thereby counteracting any build up of remnant liquid in the pressure chamber, which would decrease the volume of air in the chamber on successive strokes and prevent complete discharge of the liquid from the chamber into the reservoir and from the reservoir to allow pressurized liquid to be sprayed.

The coupler is sized and shaped to secure the body to the neck of a container. The shaft extends through the opening in the first end of the chamber and defines an internal flow channel. The piston is reciprocally mounted within the chamber and includes an inner annular surface surrounding the shaft and an outer annular surface sized and shaped to form a sealing engagement with the interior wall of the body. The attachment defines a sealing surface substantially fixed with respect to the piston and a second sealing surface substantially fixed with respect to the shaft. The first sealing surface and the second sealing surface having the first position wherein the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface cooperate to prevent the flow of liquid between the piston and the shaft. The first sealing surface and the second sealing surface also has a second position wherein the first sealing surface and the second sealing surface permit the flow of liquid between the piston and the shaft.     摘要: A portable backpack sprayer for spraying liquid chemicals such as pesticides, fungicides, and fertilizers having a large storage tank in which is mounted a pressure vessel. A manually actuated pumping assembly is connected with the bottom portion of the pressure vessel and also with the bottom portion of the tank. The pumping assembly comprises a reciprocating piston to draw liquid from the storage tank and pressurize it within the pressure vessel. The operator may discharge the pressurized liquid using a hose and a control valve affixed to the pressure vessel. The pumping assembly further comprises a double-walled piston and a leak barrier to collect any liquid that may leak from the piston. The reciprocating action of the piston is utilized to return the leaked liquid to the storage tank via a return siphon.

    摘要: A reservoir pump assembly for use with a container having a fill opening and an interior includes an annular, elongate reservoir casing configured for being inserted into the fill opening of the container and for being disposed substantially entirely within the interior of the container. The reservoir casing defines a pressure chamber configured for containing fluid under pressure. An annular, elongate guide cylinder is disposed substantially entirely within the pressure chamber and defines an inlet orifice and an outlet orifice. The outlet orifice interconnects the guide cylinder and the pressure chamber. The inlet orifice interconnects the guide cylinder and the interior of the container. An inlet valve is associated with the inlet orifice, and an outlet valve is associated with the outlet orifice. An elongate pump rod is disposed partially within the guide cylinder and is configured for reciprocating movement therein. The pump rod has a first end and a second end. The first end is disposed within the guide cylinder, and the second end extends from the guide cylinder. A plunger is attached to the first end and is configured for sealingly engaging an inside surface of the guide cylinder. The pump rod is movable in a first direction to draw fluid from the interior of the container into the guide cylinder and movable in a second direction to expel fluid from the guide cylinder into the pressure chamber. A discharge tube is disposed partially within the pressure chamber and defines a passageway for the fluid to exit the pressure chamber.

    摘要: A sprayer can convert the entire manual effort used to operate a manual pump into energy for spraying liquid. The sprayer has a liquid tank filled with a liquid, and an air tank having a pressurized air supply valve through which pressurized air can be introduced into the air tank. The air tank communicates with a float valve having a valve hole communicating with a spray nozzle and a hollow rod as the outlet of a manual pump. Pressurized air is introduced into the air tank through the pressurized air supply valve to increase the air pressure in the tank to a predetermined bias pressure. Then, the manual pump is operated to suck liquid in the liquid tank and supply the thus sucked liquid through the float valve into the air tank.

    摘要: An improved backpack sprayer, comprising a supply tank, an expandable accumulator, a pump mechanism, an intake valve, a discharge valve, and a spray wand with a nozzle. The supply tank is designed to hold fluids, such as insecticides, herbicides, water sealants, etc. The expandable accumulator is preferably an elastomeric bladder, the function of which is to accumulate fluid from the supply tank under pressure. The volume of the bladder expands as pressurized fluid enters from the pump mechanism. As with most backpack sprayers, the pump mechanism is positioned adjacent to the bottom of the supply tank and is in fluid communication with the tank. The function of the pump mechanism is to pump fluid from the supply tank into the bladder. An intake valve, associated with an inlet opening of the bladder, enables a unidirectional flow of liquid from the pump to the bladder. Discharge of fluid from the bladder also occurs through the inlet opening upon the opening of a discharge valve. The discharge valve is normally closed to permit the bladder to accumulate a desired quantity of fluid. In the preferred embodiment, the discharge valve is hand-operated and located in a handle attached to a spray wand and nozzle. When the discharge valve is opened, the discharged fluid is directed from the accumulator and channeled through a hose, trigger handle, spray wand and spray nozzle.
