    摘要： A kick serve training device is disclosed. The training device may include a first target positioned on a swing plane. The first target may be a ball. The training device may further include a second target positioned on the swing plane below the first target. The second target may produce audible feedback when struck by a tennis racket. The training device may further include a third target disposed on the swing plane. The third target may be positioned at approximately 180 degrees respective to the first target. The second target and/or the third target may include a flexible tubular member. The flexible tubular member may be configured to move to a deformed position when a tennis racket strikes the flexible tubular member, and return to an original position after a tennis racket strike.

    摘要： The baseball/softball hitting training device includes a base, a frame body, and a ball suspension system. The ball suspension system is supported by the frame body. The frame body includes a vertical stem portion and an offset portion. An upwardly-projecting arm of the vertical stem and a downwardly-projecting arm of the offset portion define a vertical axis between them. The ball suspension system is supported between the upwardly-projecting arm and downwardly-projecting arm, with the ball held vertically intermedially via a tether in alignment with the vertical axis and positioned to allow the player to practice hitting. Height-adjustment mechanisms are also disclosed. The tethered-ball training device can optionally be converted to a tee-ball training device.

The ball further includes a flight control assembly (114) including a tail (50) comprising flexible streamers (52), a spacer stem (54) and an anchor fitting (126) for anchoring the spacer stem to the impact body. The configuration of the impact body is such that the impact zone compresses to a minimum compression depth of 12 mm and the impact body bounces to a height of at least 100 cm when the impact body is subjected to a drop test wherein the impact body is dropped onto a test impact surface.
