摘要： A golf swing trainer apparatus for straightening or otherwise improving a golf swing. The golf swing trainer may include a rod, a handle connected on one end of the rod, a bulb disposed on the other end of the rod, and a magnetic base positioned in the middle of the rod. An impact sliding block may be constrained to move on the rod between the bulb and the magnetic base, and may be held in a rest position by the magnetic base. When the user makes a stroke with the trainer apparatus, the impact sliding block may be forced downward from the magnetic base and may impact the bulb, making a sound to provide the user with feedback about their golf swing.

摘要： This application provides for a new, synergistic combination of components for training an element of the golf swing normally referred to as lag. This new combination consists of a basic lag swing trainer which enables the golfer to attach additional multiple training tools or regulation golf clubs that can be interchangeably used at the same time. The additional combinations of tools that can be attached are unlimited, thereby letting golfers work on more than one of the various aspects of the swing all at the same time, for example, training the golfer in the proper sensations of the backswing technique, the swing plane, and the release of the golf club thru the hitting area. The Golf Swing Lag Training System provides any golfer with all of the kinesthetic and visual feedback that is essential to learning how to lag the golf club like a tour pro.

摘要： A reciprocating exercise apparatus with a tube that has a slidable weight. The sliding action of the weight is damped by coil springs. To increase the types of exercises that can be performed with the apparatus there is a pair of stationary handles at the ends of the tube and a pair of handles that slide along the length of tube. The slidable handles are seated on sleeves with a swaged end. This configuration allows for exercises where the weight reciprocates alternately compressing one spring or the other and that can be performed with one hand or two. Auxiliary weights can be attached so a single unit is suitable for users with varying degrees of strength.
