摘要: The systems, methods, and devices can efficiently express breast milk while being visually and audibly discreet, and portable. The breastmilk expression system for extracting milk from a breast of a female may include an interface configured to deliver suction to a nipple of the breast. The system may include a breastmilk storage container configured to store breastmilk. The system may include a control device operatively coupled to the breastmilk storage container and the interface. The control device may include one or more pressure reservoirs configured to store negative pressure. The control device may be configured to cause passive suction at the interface to cause extraction of the breast milk by controlling delivery of the negative pressure stored in the one or more pressure reservoirs to the interface.

摘要: A breast pump device (1) is equipped with or used in conjunction with an acoustic milk expression assessment system (6) for the purpose of obtaining an indication about a fat content of expressed milk. The acoustic milk expression assessment system (6) includes an acoustic sensor (61) and a processor (62) configured to process an acoustic signal received from the acoustic sensor (61) during operation of the breast pump device (1) when a milk receptacle (4) is used with the device (1). By recording sound during a pumping session, it is possible to determine a frequency shift in the sound of droplets falling down in the receptacle (4) and hitting a surface of the milk contained by the receptacle (4) with respect to a reference situation of a liquid having 0% fat content, which can be taken as a factor in estimating a value related to the fat content of the milk.

A stimulation unit is used to apply a physical stimulus to the nipple and/or to a portion of the breast for stimulating the milk ejection reflex. A negative pressure source is used to apply a static negative pressure to the cavity for holding the breast shield on the breast during milk expression, and promoting expression, while milk is collected in a milk collection container. This provides a low cost and low noise breast pump.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a milk bowl for a breast pump and the breast pump, aiming to solve the problems that components of a breast pump in the prior art are relatively scattered and the breast pump occupies a relatively large space. The milk bowl includes a bowl body, a milk storage cavity and a tee joint are disposed in the bowl body, a milk outlet is provided at a front end of the milk storage cavity, and the tee joint is located in the milk storage cavity; three ports of the tee joint are a milk pumping port, a milk flowing port and a negative pressure port respectively, the negative pressure port of the tee joint and the bowl body are integrated, and the negative pressure port of the tee joint is in communication with the outside. The breast pump includes the above milk bowl for a breast pump and a main unit; the main unit includes a shell; the main unit is disposed in a space formed by a rear side of a semicircular mounting plate and an upper side of an upper panel of the bowl body, and the shell of the main unit and the bowl body together form a hemispherical surface. The tee joint and the bowl body are integrated, thus saving space, reducing a volume, achieving a high degree of integration, and implementing a simple, efficient and low-cost solution for a concealed breast pump.

摘要: A barrier of a vacuum pump prevents contamination from entering a vacuum pump air line. The barrier separates parts of the pump and is moveable between an initial state and a distended state. The barrier is assembled within the pump with a pre-load. When the vacuum source is applied to the barrier, the barrier achieves a distended state and when the vacuum source is released, the barrier incrementally self returns to an initial state. The geometry and material construction of the barrier, along with the pre-load, assists in returning the barrier on its own to the initial state from the distended state.
