摘要: A tool that is either hand-guided, or machine-guided, for performing surface treatments, such as mopping, of overhead surfaces includes a head for carrying an agitator having a generally planar face that is applied against the overhead surface being treated in uses. A transmission transmits power from a drive motor to the agitator, and an interface on the head is provided for connection to a mounting device by which the head is oriented and guided.

摘要: A suction apparatus, a glass-wiping device and a run control method thereof. The suction apparatus comprises a suction cup unit (1). The suction cup unit (1) comprises an inner suction cup (11) and an outer suction cup (12). The inner suction cup (11) is arranged on the inside of the outer suction cup (12). A chamber on the inside of the inner suction cup (11) forms an inner negative pressure chamber (13) via vacuum suction. A chamber between the inner and outer suction cups (11 and 12) forms an outer negative pressure chamber (14) via vacuum suction. The outer negative pressure chamber (14) is connected to a vacuum detection unit. The vacuum detection unit comprises a distensible piece (20) and a distension-sensing piece (21). The distensible piece (20) is sealedly connected onto an opening on the top end of the outer negative pressure chamber (14). The distensible piece (20) has arranged thereon the distension-sensing piece (21). The glass-wiping device is provided with the suction apparatus, when in cases of failure of the outer suction cup (12) in the suction apparatus and of failure of the outer negative pressure chamber (14), the glass-wiping device will take measures immediately to prevent an increased number of small protrusions from entering the inner suction cup (11), thus preventing the phenomenon of the glass-wiping device falling off a wall from occurrence.

摘要: Provided is a self-propelled cleaning robot that can efficiently clean a flat surface even if a step is formed. The self-propelled cleaning robot that self-travels on a structure to clean a flat surface of the structure, the structure being installed in an outdoor location, the robot includes: a robot main body (2) in which a self-propelled moving mechanism (4) is provided; a cleaning unit (10) that is provided in a front portion and/or a rear portion of the robot main body (2); and a controller (30) that controls activation of the moving mechanism (4). At this point, the controller (30) includes an attitude controller (35) that detects an attitude of the robot main body (2), the attitude controller (35) includes a floating detection sensor (36) that detects floating in one of the front portion and the rear portion of the robot main body (2), and, when the floating detection sensor (36) detects the floating in one of the front portion and the rear portion of the robot main body (2), the controller (30) controls the activation of the moving mechanism (4) such that the cleaning unit (10) passes through a place where the floating is detected after the floating is eliminated.

摘要: Autonomous planar surface cleaning robots are disclosed. The robot includes a main body having a bottom portion defining an outer portion defining a surface area about a perimeter thereof and an inner portion defining a cavity formed within the outer portion. The main body supports a driving mechanism, a vacuum source, a vacuum sensor, and a control unit. The vacuum source, cavity, and vacuum sensor are in fluid communication. The control unit is electrically coupled to the driving mechanism, the vacuum source, and the vacuum sensor, and is configured to control the robot to turn direction when the control unit receives a signal from the vacuum sensor indicating that a degree of vacuum pressure within the cavity is below a predetermined vacuum pressure. Also disclosed is robot that includes multiple vacuum sources. Also disclosed is an apparatus that includes a connector pole.

摘要: Apparatus for cleaning an array of panels includes a chassis, a fluid delivery system, a brush and a swivel mechanism. The fluid delivery system is adapted to apply fluid to an array of panels while the chassis is being moved over the array. The brush is disposed to brush the array of panels while the chassis is being moved over the array. The swivel mechanism is adapted to couple a handle to the chassis for enabling a person to use the handle to move the chassis over the array of panels while from time-to-time varying the angle at which the handle is disposed relative to the chassis. The fluid delivery system includes a plurality of nozzles disposed for applying fluid to particular portions of the array of panels before movement of the brush over the particular portions of the array while the chassis is being moved over the array, regardless of the direction from which the chassis is being moved over the array.
