Abstract:
A front locking device for releasably securing a drawer to a drawer slide comprising a drawer slide comprising catch means for receiving and securing a portion of a locking lever, a drawer, a locking lever comprising at least one tooth, pivotably mounted to the drawer and spring means for releasably engaging the at least one tooth in contact with the catch means. The catch means comprises a catch insert mounted in an aperture provided in the drawer slide comprising a plurality of ridges and grooves aligned in a direction parallel to the sliding direction of the drawer, and extend in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the drawer. The locking lever comprises a plurality of teeth, which are aligned in a direction parallel to the sliding direction of the drawer, and extending in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction of the drawer.
Abstract:
A retainer for a sliding device provided with a buffer member includes a body which is arranged between sliding rails, and has buffering insertion grooves on one side that are open in the outward direction, which is the withdrawal direction, and on the other side, which is the closing direction, so as to adjust the range of withdrawal when the sliding rails are withdrawn; and buffer member portions protruding from the two ends of the body, respectively, in the direction of an accommodation body, and being arranged so as to be respectively inserted into the buffering insertion grooves for coming into contact when the sliding rails are withdrawn.
Abstract:
A sliding guide rail system for slidably opening and closing a drawer within an article of furniture or other equipment, the system comprises a mounting bracket (10) for fixing the system to the article of furniture, a fixed guide (20) mounted on the mounting bracket, an intermediate rail (30) and a pull-out guide (40). The fixed (20) and pull-out guides (40) each have a slidably movable housing, a first slidable housing (50) enabling the intermediate rail (30) to be slidable on the fixed guide (20) and a second slidable housing (50′) enabling the pull-out guide (40) to be in turn slidable on the intermediate rail (30). Each of the fixed guide (20), intermediate rail (30) and pull-out guide (40) have stops (60) disposed thereon for limiting the sliding movement of the first (50) and second slidable housings (50′), wherein a resiliently deformable damping member (52, 52′) is located in a respective chamber (51) provided at each longitudinal end of the first and second slidable housings. The damping member (52, 52′) has a buffer portion that projects out of and beyond its chamber (51) for engaging with a stop (60) at the travel limit of the slidable housing (50, 50′), the chamber being oversized relative to the portion of the damping member disposed within the chamber whereby the chamber accommodates expansion of the damping member when it is deformed by impact with the stop.

Abstract:
A slide assembly includes a bracket, having a first horizontal portion and a first vertical portion; a first rail member slidably disposed on the bracket, having a first horizontal portion, a first vertical portion, a second horizontal portion, and a second vertical portion; a second rail member slidably disposed on the first rail member, having a first vertical portion, a first horizontal portion and a second vertical portion; a first auxiliary sliding member disposed between the bracket and the first rail member; a second auxiliary sliding member disposed between the first rail member and the second rail member; and a plurality of ball bearings including at least one first ball bearing and at least one second roller bearing.
Abstract:
A roller and stopper mechanism for drawer slide systems which overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and effectively provides a low friction rolling surface between two drawer slides in directions parallel to and perpendicular to the length of the drawer slide, and provides a stopper to provide shock absorbing means to the system. The roller and stopper mechanism comprising a body portion comprising two opposing ends and two opposing sides, and having a roller associated therewith, a first leg portion extending substantially perpendicular from one end of the body portion, and having a roller associated therewith, and a second leg portion extending substantially perpendicular from the opposite end of the body portion, and having a roller associated therewith.
Abstract:
A bearing spacer for use in a drawer slide assembly, having a first end portion, a second end portion opposite the first end portion, one or more bearing retaining portions, located between the first and second end portions, and one or more compressible portions, located between the first and second end portions.
Abstract:
A modular ball bearing retaining cage and a slide guide employing such a cage are disclosed. The cage includes a bridge part having opposed end parts spaced by a mid-section and module strips that are connected to the end parts. Each module strip includes one or more guide strip modules. At least some of the guide strip modules include ball bearings disposed in openings provided in respective guide strip modules. The end parts and the guide strip modules have cooperative coupling elements that permit coupling therebetween. The module strips are disposed in guide tracks defined by walls of inner and outer profiles of the slide guide and the ball bearings run within the guide tracks to allow extension of the inner profile with respect to the outer profile. Stop modules may be coupled to the module strips via coupling elements to limit relative travel of the profiles.
