Abstract:
A slide system for slidably opening and closing a drawer is provided. The slide system includes an outer slide for mounting the slide system on a side wall of an enclosure, comprising a longitudinal slide outer channel, a sliding member, configured to be mounted on a side wall of the drawer, slidably movable within said slide outer channel. The outer slide includes a fixing part for attachment of the outer slide on the side wall of the enclosure, a sliding part comprising said slide outer channel, and an intermediate part, extending from said fixing part to said sliding part. The fixing part, the intermediate part and the sliding part define a groove extending upwardly from said intermediate part. The slide system comprises a casing element for encasing the sliding member by extending vertically from an upper portion the side wall of the drawer towards the intermediate part of the outer slide and being at least partly received within the groove.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a pantry pullout apparatus having side access and designed for simple, adjustable, and accurate installation within a pre-existing cabinet space. The apparatus, slidably mounted within the cabinet space, comprises a top slide assembly mounted to a cabinet carcass and a drawer box. The drawer box is automatically centered on a base slide box. The base slide box is comprised of a slotted template slidingly engaged with a frame, where the frame is mounted to the cabinet carcass. Slide rail assemblies connect the slotted template to the frame. A pin block on the underside of a fixed shelf of the drawer box automatically centers the drawer box on the slotted template. A face plate adjustment mechanism provides for three dimensional alignment of the face plate with surrounding cabinets.
Abstract:
A slide assembly includes a first rail, a second rail and at least one positioning device. The first rail has a first elongate body. The second rail is longitudinally slidable relative to the first rail and has a second elongate body. At least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body has an installation hole. The at least one positioning device has a support member and a fixing member. The support member transversely extends through the installation hole so as to be transversely and movably connected to the at least one of the first elongate body and the second elongate body. The fixing member is fixed to a portion of the support member.
Abstract:
A drawer assembly is provided for a refrigeration appliance. The drawer assembly comprises a unitary storage bin configured to move relative to the cooled compartment. The storage bin is defined by a front wall, a rear wall and opposed sidewalls that are arranged substantially parallel to the first and second interior walls of the cooled compartment. An uppermost portion of each of the opposed sidewalls comprises a projecting edge. The rear wall comprises a reinforced edge that inhibits deflection. A pair of linear motion elements is installed to enable movement of the storage bin in and out of the cooled compartment. A pair of support brackets couples the pair of linear motion elements.
Abstract:
A storage assembly includes a storage cabinet having an interior space and a slide-out storage assembly operable between open and closed positions relative to the storage cabinet. The slide-out storage assembly includes a base assembly having one or more integrally formed mounting brackets formed thereon. One or more caster assemblies are mounted to the one or more integrally formed mounting brackets of the base assembly of the slide-out storage assembly. The one or more caster assemblies are vertically adjustable along the one or more integrally formed mounting brackets of the base assembly. The slide-out storage assembly further includes a faceplate coupled to the base assembly and adjustably associated with the storage cabinet.
Abstract:
A movable medical case is disclosed. The movable medical case comprises a medical case housing (1), a medicine box (2) and drawers (3). The drawers (3) are installed inside the medicine box (2). The medicine box (2) is installed inside the medical case housing (1). Drawer driving devices are installed in the medical case housing (1). The drawer driving devices pass through the medicine box (2) and are detachably connected with the drawers (3), and the drawers (3) are driven to get out of or enter the medical case housing. The medicine box of the movable medical case is simple in structure, and reasonable in arrangement. There is no any electric connection between the medicine box and the medical case housing, the universality of the medical case housing is improved, and the automation control demands are met.
Abstract:
A slide rail assembly includes first and second rails, a running carriage, and a pushing member. The second rail can be longitudinally displaced relative to the first rail. The running carriage is slidably mounted to the first rail, carries the second rail, and can be moved together with the second rail in a differential manner with respect to the second rail. The pushing member is movably connected to the first rail and displaceable between a horizontal position and an inclined position. Should an error occur in differential movement of the running carriage, the pushing member is able to be driven by a portion of the second rail to displace from the horizontal position to the inclined position and hence displace the running carriage to correct the error.
Abstract:
The drawer slide assembly may include an elongate member including a first slot extending through an upper region and a second slot. The drawer slide assembly may further include a first end cap coupled to the first end region of the elongate member, wherein the first end cap has a first projection that extends at least in part through the first opening; and a second end cap coupled to the second end region of the elongate member, wherein the second end cap has a second projection that extends at least in part through the second opening.
Abstract:
A pull-out guide for furniture parts which can move relative to one another includes at least two pull-out rails, between which at least one first roller body and at least one second roller body are disposed, which are held in a rotatable manner in at least one roller body cage, the at least one first roller body having a greater nominal diameter and a lower modulus of elasticity than the at least one second roller body of the roller body cage. The pull-out guide is characterized in that a difference in diameter (Δd) between a first nominal diameter of the first roller body and a second nominal diameter of the second roller body is greater than a lower limit which is at least as great as a manufacturing tolerance (Δd1) in the diameter of the first roller body.
Abstract:
A drive device for a movable furniture part includes an ejecting element for moving the movable furniture part from a closed position to an open position, an ejection force accumulator that applies force to the ejecting element, and a locking device for locking the ejecting element by a locking element in a locking section. The locking device can be unlocked by overpressing the movable furniture part from the closed position to an overpressing position in the closing direction. The movable furniture part can be moved in the opening direction by the ejection force accumulator and the ejecting element, and the locking device has a pre-locking section for the locking element. The locking element is moved from the pre-locking section into the locking section via a push-through evasion section by pushing the movable furniture part during closing into a push-through position behind the closing position in the closing direction.
