    摘要： An Achilles heel wedge can include a single member having an anterior portion and a plurality of layers integrally connected at the anterior portion. A plurality of slits can differentiate the layers. Each slit can include a terminal end in the anterior portion having a perforation with a dimension greater than a width of the slit. The layers of the heel wedge can be selectively cut, ripped, or torn from the anterior portion of the heel wedge along the perforations to achieve incremental height adjustment of the heel wedge and stretching of the Achilles tendon.

    摘要： An insole liner for a shoe is disclosed. The liner consists of a wedge shaped member having opposite back and front ends, a top surface and a bottom surface. The liner has a polyurethane base layer, a middle layer made of silicone gel and a top layer made from memory foam. The wedge shaped member has a thickness which tapers from the back end towards the front end. The base layer has a shore hardness which progressively decreases from the back end of the wedge shaped member to the front end of the wedge shaped member and wherein the middle layer has a shore hardness which progressively increases from the back end of the wedge shaped member to the front end of the wedge shaped member. Finally, the bottom surface has a plurality of projections.

    摘要： There is provided an insole for a sport footwear, the insole comprises: a forefoot portion comprising an incliner for inclining a foot of a wearer towards an outer side of the insole, a midfoot portion having an arch extending from an underside of the insole, and a rearfoot portion comprising an incliner for inclining the foot of the wearer towards the outer side of the insole. Such an insole can be effective for maintaining a linear motion of the knee of the user. Moreover such an insole can be effective for maintaining the foot of the person inclined outwardly. Thus, the body weight of the person can also be shifted outwardly, which improves balance.
