Abstract:
A chocolate manufacturing machine includes a chocolate dispenser and a plurality of chocolate molding trays. There is a chocolate cooler downstream from the chocolate dispenser. A stacker assembles a plurality of vertical stacks of chocolate molding trays for cooling by adding each successive chocolate molding tray to a bottom of a corresponding vertical stack. An unstacker disassembles the plurality of vertical stacks of chocolate molding trays after cooling by removing successive chocolate molding trays from a top of a corresponding vertical stack.
Abstract:
A destacking device for rolled cone-like structures with or without sleeves, and in particular for ice-cream wafer cones, has at least one gripper for the cones, with the jaws of the gripper that come into contact with the cones being made of an elastic material that conforms to the shape of the cone-like structures.
Abstract:
The invention provides an apparatus for separating a cone sleeve (4) from a nested stack of cone sleeves (1) the apparatus comprising a chamber (2) having an upper (7) and a lower (8) surface connected by a wall or walls (6), the upper surface (7) having an upper circular opening (3) and the lower surface (8) having a lower circular opening (5) characterized in that the upper circular opening (3) has a circumference of from 100-135% of the maximum circumference of the cone sleeve (4), the lower circular opening (5) has a circumference of from 95-99.5% of the maximum circumference of the cone sleeve (4), and the chamber (2) has inlets (9) connectable to a pressurized gas supply. The invention also provides process that employs the apparatus, the process comprising the steps of providing a stack of nested cone sleeves (1); placing the lowermost end of the stack into the chamber (2) from above the chamber (2); and allowing the lowermost cone sleeve (4) to sit within the lower circular opening (5) and allowing the cone sleeves above the lower-most cone sleeve (4) to protrude from the top of the chamber (2) characterized in that pressurized gas is introduced into the chamber via the inlets (9) thereby to create an elevated pressure within the chamber (2).
Abstract:
A system (1) for producing foods, in particular a chocolate system, comprising at least one treatment station and at least one industrial robot (2, 3), which comprises at least one effector (4) having at least one receiving device for at least one product carrier (14) and comprises at least one manipulator (13) for transferring the at least one product carrier (14). The industrial robot (2, 3) additionally comprises at least one control device, preferably at least one associated processing device, and the control device is or can be set in such a way that the product carrier (14), preferably at and/or opposite a treatment station and/or between two treatment stations, can be shaken, spun, turned, rotated, slid, raised, lowered, blown at, suctioned out, cleaned, stacked and/or unstacked, cleared out by knocking, emptied, filled, temperature-controlled, and/or, in particular under sensor control, moved along a predetermined path.
Abstract:
An apparatus for moving a working medium in connection with the production and/or modification of confectionary products. In an embodiment, the apparatus includes a housing, a working element, and a linear drive that is configured to move the working element in at least one direction (X, Y, Z).
