Abstract:
A door mechanism for disposing on a bin body, which has an inner periphery defining an opening, includes a door panel unit configured to be pivoted to the inner periphery of the bin body to openably close the opening, a hinge unit configured to pivotally connect the door panel unit to the inner periphery of the bin body, a rotary wheel unit for controlling rotation of the hinge unit, a drive unit pivoted between the rotary wheel unit and the hinge unit, and a motor unit for driving rotation of the rotary wheel unit. When the rotary wheel unit is driven by the motor unit to rotate, the rotary wheel unit drives rotation of the drive unit which in turn drives the hinge unit to rotate said door panel unit to an open or a closed position.

Abstract:
The invention provides an apparatus and method for improved mixing of yeast-raised and yeast-raised type dough. The device and method keep the dough cool by an improved structure and method for circulating coolant around a jacketed bowl, and by circulating cooled air through the spinning agitator roller bars. Better aeration of the dough and faster mixing time are achieved along with full water and flour absorption, and reduced operating temperatures by controlling placing of the agitator driveshaft in a carefully defined region. Finally, the invention provides a wiper for wiping the lip of the bowl to keep it clean of dough and to insure a proper seal along the bowl lip when a resilient, expandable bowl seal is used, and it provides a pneumatic seal for securely sealing the mix ingredients in the bowl during mixing.
Abstract:
An oven gasket is provided for improved sealing between the door and oven body of an oven appliance as the oven is heated. The oven gasket expands when heated so as to help improve sealing. The expansion of the gasket provides additional compression of the gasket and closes gaps that might otherwise form due to expansion of the oven door as the oven heats. The gasket can be effective even at high temperature oven operation such as e.g., during a cleaning cycle.
Abstract:
A bowl for a kneading machine includes a bottom provided with an opening, a discharge device equipped with a plug, and an actuator configured for moving the plug between a position for closing the opening, in which the latter is engaged by the plug, and a position of discharge of the bowl, in which the opening is disengaged from the plug so as to be able to discharge through it the dough prepared in the machine. The actuator is a linear actuator configured for moving the plug, and cam means are configured for guiding movement of the plug along a path comprising a horizontal rectilinear stretch.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a cylindrical tank for the thermal treatment of a food product which includes heating and/or cooling means for the food product, in addition to a mixer housed so as to be revolving in its interior. The tank has a cylindrical mantle, closed by a rear bottom and by a front flange, there also being means for feeding the mentioned product inside the tank. At least one temperature sensor of the food product is also positioned in correspondence with an area situated in the front portion of the mantle, corresponding to the discharge area of the same food product from the tank. The invention also relates to machines which use the above-mentioned tank.
