Abstract:
A lawn trimmer including a cutting disc, a drive shaft; and a flexible drive shaft. The drive shaft is within a straight shaft, connected to the motor and extending to the flexible drive shaft, translating the rotation of the motor to the flexible drive shaft. The flexible drive shaft is within a curved shaft, parallel but not-colinear with the straight shaft, extends to a rotor head connected to the curved shaft, translating drive shaft rotation to a cutting disc comprising a plurality of cutting blades on a cutting plane; an intersection between the cutting plane and the curved shaft axis defines a predetermined oblique angle.
Abstract:
A string trimmer includes: a string trimmer head; a drive device including a motor for driving the string trimmer head to rotate about a first axis; an operating device including a first housing for connecting a power supply device to supply power to the motor; and a connecting device for connecting the drive device to the operating device. The first housing is formed with an arm rest portion to be rested on, a coupling portion for coupling the power supply device, and a connecting portion connected to the connecting device; where the arm rest portion is disposed behind the connecting portion and configured to be squeezable by an arm when the string trimmer is operated; and an air inlet is disposed between the coupling portion and the connecting portion, where the air inlet communicates with the inside of the first housing.
Abstract:
A system includes a garden implement handle device that is disposed on a garden care machine. The garden implement handle device has an operating unit. The operating unit has an operating element that is configured for actuation by an operator. The garden implement handle device has a further operating element that is configured for actuation by the operator. The system further includes an electronics unit configured to switch an energy supply of a drive unit based on the actuation of the operating element and an actuation of the further operating element. The operating element and/or the further operating element are a touch-sensitive electronic operating element.
Abstract:
A power tool head is including a trimmer head or the like is powered with an AC or DC motor. The head and tool attachment are ergonomically constructed to facilitate use and operation. In the trimmer tool, molded line blades with or without an aerodynamic cross-section provide for effective cutting at low speeds and low power requirements. The line blades may be selectively oriented to improve strength and durability.
Abstract:
A multifunctional rotary cutting head is provided for cutting devices as well as portable devices equipped with such a cutting head. The cutting head comprises a rotary housing that has at least a top part and a bottom part and accommodates a support for one or more cutting elements or tools. The support is penetrated by an axial drive shaft on which the support is mounted. The support for the cutting element(s)or tool(s) has two leads to selectively mounting the cutting element(s) or tool(s), i.e. a first level designed to mount strands of cutting wire and a second level designed to mount an interchangeable cutting blade.
Abstract:
A device for supporting a weed eater is provided. The device comprises a grasping unit, a central body, a lower support unit, and at least one wheel. The grasping unit is configured for grasping a shaft of the weed eater. The central body has an upper hand and a lower end, the upper end being joined to the grasping unit. The lower support unit is joined to the lower end of the central body. The at least one wheel is joined to the lower support unit and configured for supporting the lower support unit.
Abstract:
The present invention describes a string trimmer support attachment. The device includes a base on which the shaft of a string trimmer can be secured. The present invention further includes a pair of legs that are pivotally attached to the base. The legs can be folded so as to be aligned against the string trimmer shaft when not in use. Alternatively, the legs can be folded outward so that the legs are roughly perpendicular to the string trimmer shaft in order to support the head of a string trimmer in an upright and angled orientation that is convenient for changing the trimmer line. Further, in the unfolded configuration the legs are disposed at an angle relative to one another to provide a stable support for the string trimmer, wherein the string trimmer proximal end acts as a third portion a tripod when the legs are deployed.
Abstract:
A ball handle assembly for a handheld tool is provided. The handheld tool includes a powered mechanism, an actuating mechanism for actuating the powered mechanism, and an elongated boom extending between the powered mechanism and the actuating mechanism. A ball handle assembly is adjustably attached to the boom to allow a user to adjust the ball handle assembly relative to the boom to provide a comfortable and ergonomic orientation regardless of the handedness of the operator. The ball handle assembly is translatable along the length of the boom, and the ball handle assembly provides for three degrees of rotation relative to the boom.
Abstract:
A shoulder hanging type and backpack type grass trimmer handle folding device includes a joint installed at the middle of a main body for positioning a handle, and the joint includes a lower casing; a fixed base having an upper casing at a lower end of the fixed base and corresponding to the lower casing for fixing the main body, and the upper end has a containing slot for axially connecting the handle; a positioning element for unfolding the handle to transversally position at the fixed base, folding the handle to longitudinally attach to and position at both sides of the main body, so as to achieve the effects of folding and unfolding the device easily, reducing the volume of the device, and facilitating the storage and transportation of the device.
Abstract:
A power cutting tool includes a housing, a motor accommodated in the housing, a cutting assembly optionally operated in a trimming mode or in an edging mode and being driven by the motor to rotate around a first axis, a handle assembly, an elongated shaft connecting the cutting assembly and the handle assembly, a guard mounted to the cutting assembly, and a wheel assembly including a wheel. The wheel assembly is optionally mounted at least a first mounting position and a second mounting position. The central axis of the wheel is substantially perpendicular to the first axis when the wheel assembly is mounted at the first mounting position and is substantially parallel to the first axis when the wheel assembly is mounted at the second mounting position.
