    摘要: The embodiments of the present application provide a battery assembly, a battery module and a battery energy storage device. The battery assembly 10 comprises: a heat insulation fixing frame 101, a top isolation plate 102 and at least one cell 103; the heat insulation fixing frame 101 surrounds the at least one cell 103 to fix the position of the at least one cell 103; the cell 103 comprises a cell main body 1031, an electrode 1032 and a cell pressure relief valve 1033, the cell pressure relief valve 1033 being used for releasing flue gas; the top isolation plate 102 is mounted on the top of the heat insulation fixing frame 101 and is attached to the top of the heat insulation fixing frame 101; at least one first flue gas channel 1021 is provided on the top isolation plate 102; the first flue gas channel 1021 is used for discharging flue gas; the position of the first flue gas channel 1021 is opposite to the position of the cell pressure relief valve 1033; and the top isolation plate 102 is provided with at least one first electrode through hole 1022, so that the electrode 1032 is electrically connected through the first electrode through hole 1022. Therefore, the potential safety hazard during thermal runaway of the cell is reduced.

    摘要: A narrow double clutch transmission to be mounted in a drive train with a drive unit comprises a clutch part and a transmission part with two sub-transmission units. The clutch part has one input hub connected with the drive unit and two output hubs, which are connected with two input shafts of two sub-transmission unit respectively. The two sub-transmission unit input shafts are arranged coaxially to each other. At the output side the input hub is connected with a damping mechanism, which is connected with two clutches. The two clutches and the damping mechanism are arranged in a clutch chamber filled with oil, which is sealed floatingly to a clutch cover. The output hub connected with the sub-transmission input shaft is axially supported by the sub-transmission unit input shaft.

    摘要: A hybrid-power driving system (HPDS) (110) includes an engine, a motor, and a transmission. The HPDS may include a single clutch and the transmission can provide at least six forward speed ratios and can provide for a reverse speed ratio. The transmission can include three synchronizers and multiple gearwheels that are used in multiple speed ratios. In addition to a pure engine driving mode and a pure motor driving mode, the HPDS can operate using a hybrid-power driving mode (HDM). In the HDM, the HPDS can provide for shifting of gears without power interruption to the half-axles and wheels of a vehicle. In the HDM, the continuous power being output can be achieved by keeping a synchronizer engaged to a gearwheel for two consecutive speed ratios.

    摘要: A vehicle and an insulation monitoring circuit for vehicle battery, the insulation monitoring circuit acquiring power from the vehicle battery and comprising a voltage-to-frequency conversion circuit (11), an RC series circuit (12), a first peak sampling circuit (13), and an alarm trigger module (14); the voltage-to-frequency conversion circuit (11) outputs a low-frequency pulse signal and injects same via the RC series circuit (12) into a high-voltage system connected to the vehicle battery; the first peak sampling circuit (13) performs sampling on a voltage signal of a resistor rear end in the RC series circuit (12) and feeds back same to the voltage-to-frequency conversion circuit (11), such that the outputted low-frequency pulse signal is adapted to the vehicle battery; and the alarm trigger module (14) performs processing on the voltage signal of the resistor rear end in the RC series circuit (12) and outputs an alarm trigger signal. The entire insulation monitoring process can be implemented without the control of the vehicle BMS, and real-time insulation monitoring can be implemented as long as the vehicle battery is intact; in addition, the use of a closed-loop output low-frequency pulse signal enables adaption to the capacitance between the high and low voltage circuits of the vehicle battery, thereby achieving stable and reliable insulation monitoring.
