The array of pocket springs comprises fully active springs (10) respectively enclosed in an associated pocket (35) of fabric. Each fully active spring (10) respectively has a central spiral portion (20) with at least one turn and defining a spring axis (13), an unknotted first end turn (21) defining a first end of the fully active spring (10), and an unknotted second end turn (22) defining an opposing second end of the fully active spring (10). Each fully active spring (10) has a rest shape in which the first end turn (21) and the second end turn (22) have a finite pitch angle, so that the first end turn (21) and the second end turn (22) contribute to a spring force of the fully active spring (10).

The power drive has terminals and is configured to effect a relative displacement between the adjusting member (26) and the power drive. The switch means is coupled to the terminals and is configured to set a voltage applied at the terminals to a first voltage when the switch means is in a first state and to a second voltage when the switch means is in a second state different from the first state. The adjusting member and the switch means are configured such that the adjusting member causes the switch means to toggle between the first state and the second state.

    摘要: A lumbar support assembly (2) comprises a support arrangement (3) which may have the form of a wire framework with two side wires (4) and a plurality of transverse wires (6). A Bowden cable arrangement (10) with a single Bowden cable is attached by two plate clips (15, 17) to the two side wires (4). A first end portion (13) of the wire (12) of the Bowden cable arrangement (10) is anchored to a front edge of a seat frame (1), while a second end portion (14) of the wire (12) is coupled to an actuator (20) for adjusting the tension of the Bowden cable. The lumbar support assembly (2) thus requires only one single Bowden cable to arch the lumbar support assembly at least in a lumbar region and to adjust the degree of lumbar support accordingly.

    摘要: A diaphragm pump for a seat adjusting device comprises a diaphragm and a valve member which define a pump chamber therebetween. An inlet valve and an outlet valve are formed on the valve member. A pressure chamber is in fluid communication with the outlet valve and receives fluid discharged from the pump chamber via the outlet valve. One of the diaphragm and the valve member comprises a valve membrane of a pressure relief valve integrated in the pump. The valve membrane is integrally formed with the one of the diaphragm and the valve member. The valve membrane is moveable between a first configuration in which the valve membrane closes a pressure relief channel and a second configuration in which the valve membrane opens the pressure relief channel to allow fluid to be discharged from the pressure chamber.

    摘要: In order to symmetrically act on a support member (20) of a support assembly on both sides using a single Bowden cable (18), a traction cable arrangement is used with comprises the Bowden cable, a first traction wire (17), and a coupling device (16) for coupling the first traction wire (17) to the Bowden cable (18). The first traction wire (17) and the second traction wire (19) are slidably held on the support member (20) and are connected to a seat frame (30) at their ends. When the wire of the Bowden cable (18) is retraced with respect to the sheath, the second traction wire (19) is shortened, the coupling device (16) is displaced in the extending direction of the second traction wire (19), whereby a tensile force is also generated in the first traction wire (17).
