摘要: The present invention relates to an environment-friendly sheet and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of sheets and manufacturing thereof. The environment-friendly sheet is mainly prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; 40-60 parts of water; 0.1-5 parts of a waterproof agent; 1-20 parts of fiber; 1-7 parts of porous hollow microspheres; 0.1-30 parts of mineral powder; 0.1-2 parts of an antibacterial agent; 0-2 parts of a humectant; 0-2 parts of a pigment; 0-10 parts of a flame retardant; and 0-2 parts of a thickener.

The high-whiteness MGO substrate includes a surface layer and a substrate, wherein the substrate is prepared from a forming agent, a lightweight filler, a modifier and water in parts by mass as follows: 40-49 parts of light burned magnesium oxide powder, 18-25 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 16-25 parts of a polyvinyl alcohol solution, 16-20 parts of a plant powder, and 0.5-2 parts of a modifier; the modifier being obtained by mixing citric acid, phosphoric acid, and sodium sulfate in a mass ratio of 10:3:6.

摘要: Disclosed is a composite floor, comprising a wear-resistant layer, a polyvinyl chloride patterned fabric layer, a base material layer, a balance layer, and a muting layer that are sequentially arranged, the wear-resistant layer being a melamine wear-resistant paper layer. The composite floor has a clear and vivid pattern, and the wear and scratch resistance is far better than that of a conventional floor, the manufacturing process comprising laying, hot pressing, demolding and tempering steps. The manufacturing process has simple steps, and the obtained composite floor has high dimensional stability and good wear and scratch resistance.

摘要: The present application discloses a reinforced and toughened MGO substrate, a preparation method thereof and a composite board having the substrate. The reinforced and toughened MGO substrate includes a middle layer and fiber layers on upper and lower surfaces of the middle layer, wherein the fiber layers are glassfiber surface mats, and the middle layer is prepared from a forming agent, a lightweight filler, a modifier and water in parts by weight as follows: 34-45 parts of light burned magnesium oxide, 23-30 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 8-10 parts of granulated lignocellulose, 4-6 parts of xylem fiber, 0.5-2 parts of the modifier, and 18-26 parts of water; the modifier being obtained by mixing citric acid, anhydrous sodium sulfate, dihydrogen phosphate and phosphoric acid in a mass ratio of 10:3:1:6.

摘要: The present application relates to the technical field of assembled panels in buildings, and discloses an easy-to-assemble panel. In one embodiment, an extension block is provided on a side surface of one side of the splicing panel, a convex block is provided on a side surface of the other side of the splicing panel, and a self-adhesive layer is provided on a bottom surface of the splicing panel. A limiting groove is formed between a bottom wall of the extension block and the side surface, close to the extension block, of the splicing panel. An engaging block is provided at one end, away from the splicing panel, of the extension block, and an engaging groove matching with the engaging block is provided in the side surface, close to the convex block, of the splicing panel.
