    摘要: An open-roof assembly for a vehicle roof comprises a moveably arranged closure member, a drive assembly for moving the closure member and a control unit operatively coupled to the drive assembly. The control unit comprises a pinch detection unit for detecting a pinch of the closure member with an object. The pinch detection unit comprises a first pinch detection system and a second pinch detection system. The first pinch detection system is configured to detect a pinch with a soft object and the second pinch detection system is configured to detect a pinch with a hard object. The pinch detection unit is configured to adapt a configuration setting of the first pinch detection system upon detection of a pinch with a hard object by the second pinch detection unit to configure the first pinch detection system to detect a pinch with said hard object.

    摘要: An open-roof assembly for a vehicle roof comprises a moveably arranged closure member having a drive assembly and a control unit with a pinch detection unit. The pinch detection unit comprises a first pinch detection system, a second pinch detection system and a predetermined reference. Each of the first and second pinch detection systems comprises a tracker module configured to compare the movement of the closure member and the reference, the tracker module allowing a tolerance between movement and reference; a deviation module configured to determine a deviation, if the tolerance is exceeded; and pinch determination module configured to determine that a pinch occurs, if the deviation in movement exceeds a threshold. The tolerance of the first pinch detection system is smaller than the tolerance of the second pinch detection system. The threshold of the first pinch detection system is higher that the threshold of the second pinch detection system.

    摘要: An open roof construction for a vehicle comprises a panel for a roof opening and a wind deflector assembly positioned at the front edge of the roof opening. The wind deflector assembly is provided with a substantially rigid upper frame member extending at least along the front edge. A flexible member connects with an upper edge to said upper frame member and with a lower edge to a stationary part. The upper frame member is movable by an operating mechanism between a lower, inactive position and at least two upper, active positions. Tensioning members keep the flexible member taut over in all active positions, and is provided with a substantially rigid, elongate lower frame member at its lower edge. The lower frame member connects to the stationary part through the tensioning members having a maximum tension force which is substantially lower than a maximum operating force of the operating mechanism.

    摘要: A drive circuit for driving an electro-optical device like an optically switchable glazing, e.g. a glass panel provided with a PDLC or SPD layer, comprises a set of input terminals for receiving an alternating input voltage at a first frequency; a set of output terminals for supplying an alternating output voltage at a second frequency; a control circuit generating a control signal dependent on an input signal, the input signal representing a charge state of the electro-optical device; and a current-direction circuit for controlling a current-flow direction of an electrical current in response to the control signal. The control circuit and the current-direction circuit are thereby configured to control the second frequency such that the electro-optical device is prevented from degradation, while keeping an energy consumption low.

    摘要: An open roof construction for a vehicle having a roof opening in a roof part, comprising a panel, and a first device for moving the rear side of the panel towards a raised position relative to the closed position and above an adjoining roof part. The control slide and the lifting member are guided by a guide rail having grooves and extending in longitudinal direction alongside the opening and below the adjoining roof part. A support lever cooperates with the control slide and supports the panel in positions in which it is above the adjoining roof part. The support lever is guided in the guide rail and is adapted to also pass through the passage opening. The support lever takes over support of the panel from an intermediate guide connection of the lifting lever and the intermediate guide connection is then disengaged from the guide curve in the control slide.

    摘要: A roof system comprises a stationary part configured for a roof opening from above. A panel is configured to close the roof opening and open the roof opening. The stationary part includes a frame extending along at least a substantial part of a circumference of the roof opening and being attached to the fixed roof of the vehicle. Guide rails extend in longitudinal direction substantially parallel to opposite sides of the roof opening and substantially within the longitudinal length of the roof opening. The guide rails are slidably supporting an operating mechanism for the panel and are attached to the frame. The guide rails extend at least partly below the frame, at least in points of attachment where the guide rails are attached on their outer sides to the frame. The points of attachment are positioned below an area adjacent the longitudinal sides of the panel, when in closed position.

    摘要: A method for positioning a movably arranged panel comprises the steps of determining a panel braking distance based on a physical property of the moveable panel and a physical property of at least one of a drive assembly and a drive motor. The panel braking distance corresponds to a distance covered by the moveable panel in a period of time starting from a decision to switch off the drive motor until stand-still of the moveable panel. The drive motor is switched off when an expected stop position is within a predetermined range around a desired stop position.
