摘要: Provided is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery electrode that enables production of a slurry composition that can be used in high-speed application and high-speed pressing and that enables formation of an electrode for a non-aqueous secondary battery that can cause a non-aqueous secondary battery to display excellent low-temperature cycle characteristics. The binder composition contains water and a particulate polymer that is formed of a polymer including a block region formed of an aromatic vinyl monomer unit. The particulate polymer has a volume-average particle diameter of not less than 0.08 μm and less than 0.6 μm.

摘要: Provided is a binder composition for a non-aqueous secondary battery negative electrode with which it is possible to form a negative electrode having excellent peel strength and low tendency to swell after cycling and a secondary battery having excellent cycle characteristics. The binder composition contains a particulate binder and a dispersion medium. The particulate binder has a cross-linked structure through bonding via sulfur. The amount of sediment obtained upon centrifugation of the binder composition at a rotation speed of 110,000 rpm is less than 5.0 parts by mass when the amount of all solid content contained in the binder composition is taken to be 100 parts by mass.

摘要: A rubber formed article includes a laminate in which a rubber layer of nitrile rubber is laminated on a fiber base material. The nitrile rubber contains a copolymer having 52 to 78% by weight of conjugated diene monomer units, 20 to 40% by weight of α,β-ethylenically unsaturated nitrile monomer units, and 2 to 10% by weight of ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid monomer units. Stress at 50% elongation of the laminate is 20 N or smaller. A ratio of an area where rubber is visible when the laminate is viewed from the back side to an area of the laminate is 15% or less. The thickness of the rubber layer is 0.30 mm or less.
