摘要： An array substrate and a display panel. The array substrate includes a thin film transistor array layer including a driving transistor, a switching transistor, and a capacitor. The driving transistor includes a first active layer, a first gate insulating layer, a first gate, and an insulating dielectric layer sequentially stacked. The switching transistor includes a second active layer, a second gate insulating layer, and a second gate sequentially stacked. The insulating dielectric layer and the second gate insulating layer are located at a same layer. A thickness of the first gate insulating layer is greater than a thickness of the second gate insulating layer. The capacitor includes a first electrode plate and a second electrode plate. The first electrode plate and the first gate are disposed on same layer, and the second electrode plate and the second gate are disposed on same layer.

摘要： A display panel, a display panel manufacturing method, and a display screen are provided. The display panel includes: a substrate, the substrate including a plurality of sub-pixel regions, each of the sub-pixel regions including a first region and a second region, the first region being provided with the substrate, a buffer layer, and a pixel circuit layer, and the second region being provided with the substrate; and a first electrode disposed on the second region of each of the sub-pixel region and directly contacting the substrate. Each sub-pixel region is divided into the first region and the second region, the first region is provided with the substrate, the buffer layer and the pixel circuit layer, the second region is provided with the substrate and the first electrode directly contacting the substrate, and no inorganic film is provided between the first electrode and the substrate.

摘要： A driving method for driving a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit includes a driving transistor, a data-writing transistor, a compensating transistor, a first initializing transistor, a second initializing transistor and a light-emitting element. The compensating transistor is connected between a gate of the driving transistor and a second pole of the driving transistor. The second pole of the driving transistor is connected to an initialization power supply through the first initializing transistor. The data-writing transistor is connected between a data voltage input terminal and a first pole of the driving transistor. The second initializing transistor is connected between a first signal terminal and a first pole of the driving transistor; and the light-emitting element is connected between the second pole of the driving transistor and a second power voltage input terminal.

摘要： The pixel circuit includes a data-writing module, a drive module, a storage module, a first light emission control module, a second light emission control module, a light-emitting module and a first initialization module. A first terminal of the first initialization module is electrically connected to a second light emission control signal input terminal, a second terminal of the first initialization module is electrically connected to a control terminal of the drive module; or the pixel circuit includes an initialization voltage input terminal, the first terminal of the first initialization module is electrically connected to the initialization voltage input terminal, the second terminal of the first initialization module is electrically connected to the control terminal of the drive module. The first initialization module is configured to initialize the control terminal of the drive module under a control of a control signal input into a control terminal of the first initialization module.
