摘要: The invention provides a vehicle having an obstacle detection device capable of improving the control accuracy of a motor and preventing the influence of noise on a sensor. A vehicle includes motors 31 and 32 which are AC motors, an inverter 2 that drives the motors, an ultrasonic sonar 1 which is, for example, a detector for detecting an obstacle around the vehicle, a frequency determining device 6 which determines whether noise generated from the inverter 2 is likely to interfere with a detection frequency of the detector, and a sonar ECU 5 which changes the carrier frequency of the inverter 2 when it is determined that the noise is likely to interfere with the detection frequency.

摘要: The recognizability of a vehicle peripheral environment may be enhanced. A vehicle periphery monitoring device is to monitor the periphery of a vehicle. The vehicle periphery monitoring device includes an imaging unit that obtains a plurality of peripheral images by imaging the periphery of the vehicle, a display unit that displays the plurality of peripheral images imaged in the imaging unit, and an image control unit that controls the plurality of peripheral images displayed in the display unit. The image control unit varies a distance between the plurality of peripheral images displayed in the display unit. As a result, sensory understanding of a vehicle peripheral environment by a driver may be enhanced, thereby enhancing the recognizability of the vehicle peripheral environment.

摘要: An object detection device is equipped with an object detection unit that detects a moving object in a periphery of a vehicle, and a threshold change unit that changes, based on mobility information on the vehicle, a detection threshold in detecting the moving object. Thus, by changing the detection threshold T such that the moving object becomes difficult to detect during a movement of the host vehicle, especially during a turn thereof, the occurrence of an erroneous detection can be suppressed even in a situation where an erroneous detection is likely to occur. It is preferable that the detection threshold be changed such that the moving object becomes difficult to detect as a speed increases or as a steering angle increases. The detection threshold may be changed in stages or continuously based on the mobility information on the vehicle.
