    摘要: An ejector functioning as a vacuum generating mechanism is disposed in a main body constituting a vacuum generating unit, and an atmospheric air introducing valve is disposed between the ejector and a vacuum port. The atmospheric air introducing valve is brought into a valve closed state at times when a negative pressure is generated by the ejector under a condition in which a workpiece is held by the negative pressure generated by the ejector, whereby communication between the vacuum port and the atmosphere is blocked. On the other hand, at times when the vacuum is broken, in which the negative pressure state of the vacuum port is released, the atmospheric air introducing valve is brought into a valve open state, whereby the vacuum port communicates with the atmosphere.

    摘要: A pilot-controlled electromagnetic valve system has an electromagnetic valve block mounted on the top of a manifold block. A bearing surface is formed on the top of the electromagnetic valve block at a position adjacent to a screw accommodating recess formed on a joint surface at a side of the electromagnetic valve block. A washer engagement groove is formed at the bearing surface. An inwardly sloped washer having an engagement portion at the inner side thereof is fitted on a screw. The engagement portion is engaged with a side wall of the washer engagement groove. Thus, the electromagnetic valve block is surely secured to the manifold block with the screw even if the electromagnetic valve block is one at an end of a series of electromagnetic valve blocks constituting a valve manifold, or provided singly.

    摘要: A pilot-controlled electromagnetic valve is capable of preventing tilting of a piston and of shortening the piston with a simplified arrangement and allows a main valve element to be moved by actuation of a manual controller by transmitting the motion of the manual controller to both the piston and the main valve element. A partition is formed between a piston chamber and a manual controller chamber. A guide hole is formed in the partition. A guide projection is formed on the left side of the piston. The guide projection is inserted through the guide hole to project into the manual controller chamber. The manual controller having a sloped surface is reciprocatably provided in the manual controller chamber. Actuation of the manual controller causes the sloped surface to contact the sloped portion of the guide projection, thereby enabling both the piston and the main valve element to be moved.

    摘要: A solenoid valve. In a solenoid section forming part of the solenoid valve, a sleeve is provided on the inner circumferential side of a bobbin around which a coil is wound. This sleeve is formed from magnetic material and includes a cylindrical section and a flange section formed at a lower end of the cylindrical section. At an upper end of the cylindrical section, a tapered section is formed in which an outer circumferential face is recessed in the radially inward direction. The tapered section is arranged facing and in close contact with the outer circumferential face of a fixed core such that the magnetic flux density in the tapered section increases when the solenoid section is excited.

    摘要: A ball screw mechanism is equipped with a ball screw shaft formed from a metallic material, a displacement nut inserted over an outer circumferential side of the ball screw shaft, steel balls installed between a first screw groove formed on the ball screw shaft and a second screw groove formed in the displacement nut, and a pair of first and second return members, through which the steel balls are circulated between one end side and another end side of the displacement nut. The first and second return members include main body parts mounted respectively onto one end and another end of the displacement nut, and cylindrical parts that project outwardly with respect to the main body parts. A return passage, through which the steel balls are circulated, is formed inside of the main body parts and the cylindrical parts.
