    摘要: An ejector functioning as a vacuum generating mechanism is disposed in a main body constituting a vacuum generating unit, and an atmospheric air introducing valve is disposed between the ejector and a vacuum port. The atmospheric air introducing valve is brought into a valve closed state at times when a negative pressure is generated by the ejector under a condition in which a workpiece is held by the negative pressure generated by the ejector, whereby communication between the vacuum port and the atmosphere is blocked. On the other hand, at times when the vacuum is broken, in which the negative pressure state of the vacuum port is released, the atmospheric air introducing valve is brought into a valve open state, whereby the vacuum port communicates with the atmosphere.

    摘要: There are provided an input/output buffer circuit having a reduced power consumption, and an electronic equipment using these buffer circuits. An input buffer is located on an input line while an output buffer is disposed on an output line. Each of the buffers is connected to an input/output line having input/output terminals. A latch circuit is connected to the input/output line and is switched between a first ON state in which the latch circuit is latchable and a first OFF state in which an output end of the latch circuit is in high impedance by a first control signal from a first control terminal. The output buffer is switched between a second ON state in which the output buffer can output a signal and a second OFF state in which an output end of the output buffer is in high impedance by a second control signal from a second control terminal. The first and second control signals may be common, or the second control signal may be generated by delaying it relative to the first control signal at a delay circuit.

    摘要: A pilot-controlled electromagnetic valve is capable of preventing tilting of a piston and of shortening the piston with a simplified arrangement and allows a main valve element to be moved by actuation of a manual controller by transmitting the motion of the manual controller to both the piston and the main valve element. A partition is formed between a piston chamber and a manual controller chamber. A guide hole is formed in the partition. A guide projection is formed on the left side of the piston. The guide projection is inserted through the guide hole to project into the manual controller chamber. The manual controller having a sloped surface is reciprocatably provided in the manual controller chamber. Actuation of the manual controller causes the sloped surface to contact the sloped portion of the guide projection, thereby enabling both the piston and the main valve element to be moved.

    摘要: A gate array driven by a plurality of source voltages and an electronic equipment using such a gate array are provided. The gate array comprises a plurality of P-well regions and a plurality of N-well regions, all of which are formed in an internal cell region in a first direction and alternately arranged in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction on a semiconductor substrate. A plurality of first basic cells receive a first source voltage VDD1 through a first source wiring layer, these first basic cells being respectively formed on a pair of P-well and N-well regions. A plurality of second basic cells receive a second source voltage VDD2 through a second source wiring layer, these second basic cells being respectively formed on a pair of P-well and N-well regions. A voltage level shifter for shifting the voltage level between data voltages outputted from first and second basic cell trains is formed on an region containing at least three of the P-well and N-well regions. The voltage level shifter is connected to a wiring layer which connects between the first and second basic cell trains.
