    摘要: A weighing and packing device for successively producing packages of product each of which is conformable with a predetermined weight condition. The device comprises a pair of combination weighing and packing machines mounted on a common frame as a single unit. Each machine includes a combination weigher and an associated packer which are mechanically interlocked so that the batches of product successively delivered from the combination weigher are packed by the packer in tubular bags fabricated successively from a sheet material. The combination weighers of both machines have their own control units electronically interlocked so that both machines can operate in mutually synchronized or nonsynchronized fashion with or without time lag.

    摘要: A combination weighing apparatus having weighing buckets to weigh masses of material and subsequently transfer them to auxiliary buckets for temporary storage, the masses in the weighing buckets and/or auxiliary buckets being selected in combination processing and then discharged to forming a batch of predetermined weight, the apparatus comprising: a first detecting means detecting a timing to open outlet gates of the weighing bucket to transfer the mass to the auxiliary buckets; a timer means sequentially measuring, based on the timing, such an additional time length needed to completely transfer the mass remaining in the weighing bucket into the auxiliary bucket; a second detecting means detecting a further timing to open outlet gates of the auxiliary buckets to discharge the mass selected in the combination processing; and a setting means setting, based on the further timing, duration of said outlet gate's opened state of the auxiliary bucket, the duration being given by adding the additional time length to such a further time length needed to completely discharge the mass from the auxiliary buckets. The second detecting means and the setting means may be replaced by a deciding means making a decision as to whether or not the mass transferred to the auxiliary bucket is subject to selection, based the remaining time length measured by the timer means is or is not zero, the remaining time length being given by subtracting a combination-computing time from an ordinary time length necessary for the mass in the weighing bucket to be completely transferred to the auxiliary bucket.

    摘要: A zero-point calibration system in a combination weighing apparatus which has buckets storing masses subject to selection in combination processing and including only weighing buckets, only auxiliary buckets or both of them, the system comprising: means for detecting a timing at which a number of buckets subject to selection in the next cycle becomes definite; another means calculating the number of buckets from which the masses are discharged in the next cycle, by computing possible combinations of selected buckets, based on the timing detected by the detecting means; a further means effecting a predictive calculation of a number of buckets from which the masses have been discharged at the latest cycle and which are subsequently subject to selection in the cycle after the next cycle, based on the number of buckets calculated by the combination calculating means; and a still further means changing states of buckets from their inactive states for blank weighing in zero-point calibration into their operative states for the actual weighing of masses subject to selection in the cycle after the next cycle of combination processing, whereby the number of buckets available to said cycle after the next cycle is increased if the further number of buckets predictively calculated is less than a predetermined number, so as to maintain an accuracy in combination at a high level.

    摘要: A novel combination weighing system which substantially reduces the necessary time for each cycle of operation as compared with the conventional combination weighing system. The system involves sampling a weight indicative signal at a predetermined time point prior to each weighing unit reading stabilization, calculating from each unstable weight indicative signal an estimated stable weight indicative value, executing a combination operation using the estimated stable weight indication values, storing those combinations obtained which satisfy a predetermined weight condition, and calculating the sum weights of the stored combinations using weight indicative signals obtained after stabilization of the weighing units to select a combination whose sum weight satisfies the predetermined weight condition.
