摘要: A bipolar plate for fuel cell has an electrochemical reaction region and a non-electrochemical reaction region connected together. The electrochemical reaction region is at the center position of the bipolar plate. The non-electrochemical reaction region is made of non-conductive material and is located around the electrochemical reaction region. The bipolar plate reduces loss, raises work efficiency, and is easy to produce. The material cost of the bipolar plate is effectively reduced.

摘要: The present invention discloses a system and method for on-line measuring a burden surface in blast furnace to get burden surface information. The system comprises laser emitter(s) disposed above the burden surface and emitting laser beam(s) to continuously scan at least one portion of the burden surface; a video camera configured to shoot burden surface images, each of which comprises a detection point pattern formed by the laser beam incident on the burden surface; an image processing device configured to receive the burden surface images transferred from the video camera and output the burden surface information. As compared with the prior art, the present invention may substantially reduce the cost of the measuring system and obtain burden surface information sufficiently accurate with a large number of actual detection points. Furthermore, the system for on-line measuring a burden surface in blast furnace according to the present invention may use less number of laser emitter (even one laser emitter), so it is more advantageous to minimize the system and may simplify laser emitter protective measures.

摘要: An optical motion tracking device (10) includes a photo detector array (18) comprised of highly sensitive photo sensors coupled to a computational circuit (19) inside a casing (11). The photo detector array (18) detects optical features of a surface (25) using ambient light reflected from or propagated through the surface (25) and transmitted into the casing through an aperture (15). Protrusions (14) on the bottom (10) lifts the device (10) from the surface (25) and allow the ambient light to illuminate the surface (25). A nontransparent sidewall (17) encloses a light path from the aperture (15) to the photo detector array (18) to reduce light interference. A reflective band (32) near the aperture (15) to increases the illumination of the surface (25). The computational circuit (19) calculates the correlation between the images from the photo detector array (18) to track the motion of the device (10).

摘要: Techniques and implementations pertaining to an integrated gas diffusion layer with a sealing function are described. A method for making the integrated gas diffusion layer with the sealing function may involve placing a gas diffusion member inside a mold followed by injecting a sealing material into the mold. The method may also involve having the sealing material substantially covers a peripheral portion of the gas diffusion member and at least partially penetrates into a peripheral portion of the gas diffusion member. The method may further involve curing the sealing material to form a sealing member having a lip ring. A height of a portion of the mold corresponding to a non-lip ring portion of the sealing member is less than or equal to a thickness of the gas diffusion member.
