Abstract: A surface ornament composition for a fishing tackle or a bicycle is provided. An inner coating layer is laminated on a part made of fiber reinforced plastics, a silver thin film coating layer is laminated on the inner coating layer and an outer coating layer is laminated on the silver thin film coating layer. The inner and outer coating layers are formed by use of one selected from resin paint of two-part type formed by urethane reaction of isocyanate group and hydroxyl group, resin paint of two-part type formed by reaction of resin having amino group and silicon compound having epoxy group and resin paint of two-part or three part type in which the above two reactions are simultaneously generated. The silver thin film coating layer is formed of metal complex of silver with amine as ligand that is heated after having been applied.

Abstract: Random pollution of output signals with logic noise caused by video signal processing is prevented and a high quality image video signal with reduced random noise is output. A signal processor includes a digital signal processor (DSP) which processes a digital signal resulting from analog to digital conversion of an analog signal stored in a pixel unit, an output circuit which outputs a signal resulting from signal processing by the DSP, and line memory which is disposed between the output circuit and the DSP and stores a digital signal output from the DSP for a shorter period than the horizontal scanning period. The output circuit reads the signal stored in the line memory in sync with the beginning of a read-out timing in the horizontal scanning period.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system capable of individually controlling each of receiving devices while making full use of the advantages of broadcasting. Simultaneous transmission is carried out from a broadcasting device 2 to a plurality of receiving devices 6 via a broadcasting path. Further, the broadcasting device 2 sends operation control data to the receiving device 6 through a communication path. The receiving device 6 changes its operation in accordance with the operation control data when received broadcasting is decoded. In this way, each of the receiver devices 6 can be controlled individually using the operation control data while making full use of the advantages of broadcasting.

Abstract: A method for the preparation of a porous carbon molding having a low apparent density, the method comprising the steps of thermally mixing a pitch, which has a softening point of 50.degree. - 350.degree. C, a carbon content of 80 - 97 wt%, a hydrogen/carbon ratio of 0.3-2.5 and a nitrobenzene-insoluble fraction of below 60 wt%, with at least one aromatic hydrocarbon having a boiling point of 200.degree. C or higher, forming the mixture into a suitable shape, immersing the formed material in a solvent, in which the pitch is hardly soluble but the aromatic hydrocarbon is easily soluble, for extracting the aromatic hydrocarbon from the formed material and obtaining a porous pitch material, oxidizing the porous pitch material at a temperature from room temperature to 400.degree. C by the use of an oxidizing agent to form an infusible porous pitch material, and calcining the infusible porous material in an inert atmosphere at a temperature higher than 600.degree. Abstract: The invention provides a hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment method that achieves efficient recovery of hydrofluoric acid from hydrofluoric acid wastewater and also achieves sufficient reduction in the hydrofluoric acid concentration of the dehydrofluorinated water after treatment. The hydrofluoric acid wastewater treatment method comprises the following steps: a hydrofluoric acid concentration step (S1) comprising concentrating hydrofluoric acid wastewater by evaporation to produce a concentrated hydrofluoric acid water and a hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor; a dissolution step (S2) comprising bringing the hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor obtained in the hydrofluoric acid concentration step (S1) into contact with dissolution water to dissolve the vapor; a neutralization step (S3) comprising bringing the residual hydrofluoric acid-containing vapor left from the dissolution step (S2) into contact with an alkali to produce a neutralized liquid and a dehydrofluorinated vapor; and a condensation step (S4) comprising condensing the dehydrofluorinated vapor obtained in the neutralization step (S3) to produce condensed water.
