The present invention describes a method to learn Chinese Pinyin using six tables with sequential order. Each table comprises a horizontal reference panel extending from left to right and a vertical reference panel extending from top to bottom. Each table contains Initials and Finals and is represented by one of the Six Single Finals—a, o, e, i, u and ü. The vertical reference panel in each table maintain the same order of 23 initials. Optionally, the Chinese pronunciation corresponding to English pronunciation placed ahead of each Initials in the vertical reference panel.

The present invention provides a method to teach and learn Chinese Pin Yin. Specifically, the method is directed to learn all Finals in Chinese Pin Yin. The method starts from the fundamental 6 Single Finals (vowels) and is gradually built up to other 29 compound Finals in a very logical manner. The method described in the present invention links the six single Finals with Compound Finals, so that all the Finals can be are mapped very logically in mind. In experimental teaching, this method has shown superior than other methods as it significantly reduces time and effort for beginners.

The display panel assembly apparatus comprises the liquid crystal sealant forming device, an alignment assembly device, a transporting device and a curing device. The liquid crystal sealant forming device comprises a forming substrate; a plurality of liquid crystal dispensing openings formed on one side of the forming substrate for dispensing a liquid crystal on a substrate; and at least one sealant coating opening disposed around the liquid crystal dispensing openings for coating a sealant on the substrate. The present invention can form the liquid crystal and the sealant in the same apparatus.

This invention relates to a method for electrically localizing site-specific defective sub 130 nm node MOSFET devices with shallow (less than 80 nm deep) source/drain junctions utilizing bulk silicon, or Silicon on Insulator (SOI), or strained silicon (SE), followed by optimized sample preparation steps that permits imaging, preferably high resolution electron holographic imaging, in an electron microscope to detect blocked implants, asymmetric doping, or channel length variations affecting MOSFET device performance. Detection of such defects in such shallow junctions enables further refinements in process simulation models and permits optimization of MOSFET device designs.
