摘要： A housing of an electronic device includes a lower cover, a back panel secured to the lower cover, and a fixing mechanism for fixing the back panel to the lower cover. The fixing mechanism includes a fixing portion defining a latching hole, an inserting portion, a restricting portion, and an engaging portion defining a slot. The fixing portion and the inserting portion position on the back panel. The restricting portion and the engaging portion protrude from the lower cover. The inserting portion is capable of inserting into the slot, and the restricting portion is capable of locking in the latching hole, for cooperatively fixing the back panel to the lower cover.

The cover is rotatably connected to the main body and capable of covering the main body, the cover comprising a supporting member. The torsion spring renders the cover spring-loaded, to rotate the cover open from the main body. The torsion spring includes a coil, a first arm and a second arm. The first arm includes a first portion extending from one end of the coil along a first direction that is perpendicular to an axis of the coil; and a second portion extending from the end of the first portion along a second direction different from the first direction. The first portion and the second portion support the supporting member from different positions and different lengths when the cover is opened. The second arm restricts against the main body.

摘要： A housing of an electronic device includes a first plate and a second plate detachably secured to the first plate. The first plate defines a latching hole and has an elastic cantilever defining a through hole. The second plate has a protrusion corresponding to the through hole and a latching member corresponding to the latching hole and capable of sliding along the latching hole between an unlatched position disengaging with the latching hole and a latched position engaging with the latching hole. When sliding to the latching position, the latching member engages with the latching hole to prevent the second plate from moving in a first direction, the elastic cantilever elastically deforms to allow the protrusion to be received and held in the through hole, the protrusion abuts the elastic cantilever to prevent the second plate from moving in a second direction reverse to the first direction.

摘要： A foldable electronic device includes a main body defining a through hole. A cover is rotatably connected to the main body and includes a hook corresponding to the through hole. A slidable member is slidably connected to the main body, and includes hook receiver and a wedged portion. The hook receiver includes an engaging projection that is able to engage with the hook that passes through the through hole, thereby locking the cover on the main body. A button is movably connected to the main body, and includes a protruding tab to push the wedged portion to cause the slidable member to move, thereby allowing the hook to disengage from the engaging projection.

The hook extends into the second holding space and clamps the cable to the main body when the cable is rotated to be received in the second holding space. An electronic device using the cable positioning mechanism is also provided.
