Abstract: The present invention provides a backlight module used in liquid crystal displays. The backlight module includes a quantum dots film, a light guide plate and a light source module. A light is emitted from the light source module enter into the quantum dots film through the light guide plate. The quantum dots film comprises an active region and an inactive region. The light source module includes a blue light source and a green light source. The blue light source is corresponding to the active region, and the green light source is corresponding to the inactive region. The present invention further provides a backlight module used in liquid crystal displays. The present invention provides a backlight module and quantum dots film of liquid crystal display which can resolve a defect of quantum dots film fails in the cutting position, and the quantum dots film has high color gamut conversion.

Abstract: A backlight module includes a light guide plate including a light incident surface having first and second light incident sections and a light propagation track that extends from the first light incident section into the light guide plate and delimits a light propagation path and is formed with an opening. A light bar includes first and second light sources respectively corresponding to the first and second light incident sections to allow light to enter the light propagation path to be reflected by the light propagation track for outward emission and allow light to enter the light guide plate for outward emission from the light emission surface. A control circuit is electrically connected to the first light source and the second light source for controlling ON/OFF states of the first light source and the second light source thereby allowing for displaying in a sectionized fashion.

Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a middle frame, a plastic frame, a backplane, and a display module including a display panel and a backlight module. The plastic frame includes a first frame and a second frame. Two opposite sides of the backlight module respectively abut the first frame and the second frame such that the backlight module is received in the plastic frame. The backplane carries the backlight module and plastic frame. The middle frame surrounds the plastic frame and the display module. Besides, an assembly for the display module, the plastic frame and the backplane are omitted to simplify the assembly process and reduce the production cost.
