摘要: A voltage measuring device is described which is suitable for application to encapsulated, high-voltage switching installations which include an inner conductor surrounded by a grounded metallic outer tube. The device utilizes the fact that an electric field exists between the inner conductor and metallic outer tube. It includes means for widening a portion of the outer tube to thereby form a space for locating certain portions of the measuring device. The device itself includes an electro-optical component, such as a Kerr or Pockels cell which is positioned in the space defined by the widening means, at a distance from the inner conductor which is approximately equal to the distance that the outer tube is located from said inner conductor. A metal layer is positioned on that side of the electro-optical component which is away from the inner conductor. The metal layer is electrically connected to the grounded, metallic outer tube. The presence of the layer insures that the lines of the electric field between the inner conductor and the outer tube are directed through the electrooptical component, perpendicular to the metal layer. A source of polarized light is directed towards said electro-optical component. As the light passes through the cell the plane of polarization of the light is rotated as a function of the electric field intensity. Thus the exiting light becomes a measure of the voltage between the inner conductor and the outer tube. The shifted, polarized light exiting from the electro-optical component is then processed by an optical evaluation device which produces an electrical output proportional to the amount of shift of the plane of polarization of the light.

摘要: A voltage measuring device for use with an encapsulated, high-voltage switching installation including an inner conductor within a grounded metallic outer tube. The measuring device includes means for widening the outer tube, thereby providing a space for locating certain portions of the measuring device. Positioned in the space formed by the widening means is an auxiliary electrode means, insulated from the outer tube, which forms a capacitor with the inner conductor. Measuring means and servo-indicating means are connected in various ways to the capacitor formed by the auxiliary electrode means and the inner conductor. These measuring means respond to variations in the electrical characteristics of the capacitor thus formed to thereby give an indication of the voltage of the inner conductor.

摘要: A voltage transformer for a fully insulated high-voltage installation containing several conductors includes a plurality of electrodes corresponding to respective ones of the conductors. The electrodes are disposed outside of the arrangement of the conductors in such a manner that each one of the electrodes is disposed directly adjacent a corresponding one of the conductors. Each of the electrodes and the conductor directly adjacent thereto conjointly define a high-voltage capacitor. A plurality of low-voltage capacitors are disposed outside of the region occupied by the electrodes and are connected to corresponding ones of the high-voltage capacitors so as to conjointly define therewith respective capacitive voltage dividers.

摘要: This invention relates to a method for producing a detachable connection between two components. The first component is elastically deformed such that a clamping surface of the deformed component corresponds to a corresponding clamping surface of the other component with predetermined play. The two components can be slotted together. After the two components have been slotted together, a pressure connection is created when the deformed component elastically reforms. The first component is elastically deformed when axial forces are exerted upon force transmission sections of the component. The axial force is converted into the desired radial deformation or movement of the clamping surface by means of joints which are provided between the force transmission sections and the clamping surface.
