    Abstract: A color filter substrate and a display panel are provided. The color filter substrate has a transparent substrate, filter patterns, black resists, photosensitive elements, thin film transistors, data lines, and scan lines. The filter patterns are disposed on the transparent substrate. The black resists are disposed on the transparent substrate and disposed between the filter patterns. The photosensitive elements are sandwiched between the black resists and the transparent substrate. Each of the thin film transistors has a source electrode, a drain electrode, and a gate electrode, and the source electrodes of the thin film transistors are electrically connected to the photosensitive elements. The data lines are electrically connected to the drain electrodes of the thin film transistors. The scan lines are electrically connected to the gate electrodes of the thin film transistors.

    Abstract: A touch-control array substrate and a display device are provided. A plurality of touch-control units are arranged on the touch-control array substrate. A product of a resistance value of a touch-control circuit of the touch-control units and a capacitive value of the touch-control electrode of the touch-control units is constant. The effort for the touch-control chip to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is the same as the effort to drive the near-IC terminal touch-control electrode. So it will not occur that to drive the far-IC terminal touch-control electrode is difficult or unsuccessful.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a transparent substrate, a visible light backlight source, an infrared backlight source, a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of display data lines, a plurality of sensing data lines, a plurality of display transistors, a plurality of display pixels, a plurality of sensing pixels, and plurality of sensing transistors. When the display transistors receive the scanning signals, the display pixels are configured to display grayscale according to the visible light and the display data signals. When the sensing transistors receive the scanning signals, the sensing pixels are configured to generate detecting signals after conducting the sensing signals to the plurality of sensing data lines. Fingerprint recognition can be implemented on the display area of display panel without extra fingerprint recognizing components so that the screen can be minimized and the smart terminals can be lighter.

    Abstract: A fingerprint module and a display device are provided. The fingerprint module includes a substrate, a plurality of fingerprint identification components, a fingerprint chip, and a plurality of metal wires. The substrate has an identification area configured to identify a fingerprint and a non-identification area located at a periphery of the identification area. The fingerprint identification components are disposed in the identification area of the substrate. The fingerprint chip is disposed in a non-identification area of the substrate.     Abstract: The present invention provides a display module and a display device. The display module includes a touch panel, a touch driver chip, and a display driver chip. According to a randomized algorithm, a touch driver chip of the display module outputs a touch driving signal to touch electrodes and lets the touch driving signal no longer have a fixed frequency. The touch driving signal without the fixed frequency cannot match a natural frequency of film layers and generate resonance of the film layers between a grounded metal plate and the touch electrodes. Therefore, relieve a problem that the resonance of the film layers in current touch display devices.
