Abstract: The invention provides a flexible circuit board and a displayer adopting the flexible circuit board. According to the flexible circuit board, installation holes for installing components run into the inner portion of the flexible circuit board. Compared with the prior art, the depth of each installation hole is deeper, so that the installation holes can accommodate the components better, the overall thickness of the flexible circuit board can be reduced, installation space is saved, space utilization rate of the product is improved, and design requirement for smaller or higher-density installation can be met.

Abstract: The invention discloses a flexible OLED display and manufacturing method thereof. The invention provides a manufacturing method of flexible OLED display, by using transferring to adhere a plurality of first polymeric film layers onto a rigid substrate coated with a plurality of seals, and then coating a second polymeric film layer on the plurality of first polymeric film layers and the rigid substrate, forming a plurality of TFT layers and a plurality of OLED devices on the second polymeric film layer corresponding to the inner sides of the plurality of seals, followed by encapsulating, cutting along inner sides of seals to obtain a plurality of flexible OLED displays, which effectively solves the problem of separating rigid substrate and flexible substrate when manufacturing flexible OLED display, and improve production efficiency and yield rate. The invention provides a flexible OLED display, which is easy to manufacture and has high yield rate.

Abstract: The invention discloses a transparent OLED display and manufacturing method thereof. The present invention provides a manufacturing method of transparent OLED display, by preparing the cathode and the anode on two different substrates to effectively avoid the destruction of the light-emitting layer made of the organic light-emitting material caused by sputtering the anode at the top of OLED to improve yield rate. The use of the transparent conductive metal oxide to manufacture the cathode and the anode of the OLED display provides an effective solution to the manufacturing of transparent OLED display which requires high conductivity and high transparency for the electrode material. In addition, the two substrates can be manufactured the same time and then pressed to attach to achieve high manufacturing efficiency. The OLED display provided by the present invention is easy to manufacture and provides good performance.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a flexible panel and the manufacturing method thereof. The method includes: coating photosensitive adhesive on a substrate to form a photosensitive layer; forming a scattering layer and an ultraviolet (UV) blocking layer on the photosensitive layer in sequence; forming a flexible substrate layer on the UV blocking layer; forming electronic components, lighting components, and an encapsulation layer on the flexible substrate layer in sequence; and irradiating the photosensitive layer from one side of the substrate by UV rays such that a peeling strength of the photosensitive layer being reduced, and the scattering layer being separated from the substrate to form the flexible panel. By configuring the photosensitive layer, the scattering layer, and the UV blocking layer on the substrate, the scattering layer may be easily separated from the substrate.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent display device is provided, which includes the steps of: providing a lower support substrate and an upper support substrate; making a lower flexible substrate and an organic electroluminescent device layer on the lower support substrate sequentially, making an upper flexible substrate and an adhesive layer on the upper support substrate sequentially; aligning the lower support substrate and the upper support substrate, to thereby attach the adhesive layer and the organic electroluminescent device layer; and peeling the lower support substrate and the upper support substrate. An organic electroluminescent display device made by the above manufacturing method is also provided. Accordingly, it can effectively solve the separating problem of a rigid substrate (a support substrate) and a flexible substrate, and the organic electroluminescent device is packaged directly in the manufacturing process, without additional thin film packaging device, therefore the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced.

Abstract: An OLED display and a packaging method for the same are disclosed. The method includes: forming a copper film layer on an OLED layer of a first substrate; forming a frame sealant at an outer peripheral edge of a second substrate; in a vacuum machine filled with hydrogen, pressing and bonding the first substrate and the second substrate; curing the frame sealant in order to seal hydrogen between the copper film layer and the second substrate. The OLED display includes a first substrate, a copper film layer, a desiccant layer and a second substrate. Hydrogen is filled between the copper film layer and the second substrate. The present invention can effectively increase the packaging effect and extends the operation life of the OLED display.
