    Abstract: A real-time network consumption tracking service is provided. A charging function (CHF) device receives transaction records of network consumption by user equipment (UE) devices in a wireless network and generates individual event messages based on each of the transaction records. Each of the individual event messages includes a detailed record based on one of the transaction records. The CHF device associates each of the individual event messages with a message bus topic, formats each of the individual event messages for publication on the message bus, and publishes each of the formatted individual event messages to the message bus. The message bus is accessible to external systems that generate dynamic network consumption data sets based on the formatted individual event messages.

    Abstract: A network device for a mobile carrier network sends, to a third-party content platform, a client message including a first dedicated subscription parameter extension. The first dedicated subscription parameter extension indicates one or more subscription parameters for a data flow between a user equipment (UE) device that originated the client message and the third-party content platform. The network device receives, from the third-party content platform, a server message including a second dedicated subscription parameter extension. The second dedicated subscription parameter extension confirms the third-party content platform will abide by the one or more subscription parameters. The network device generates, based on the one or more subscription parameters, a policy enforcement rule for the data flow that relies, at least in part, on cooperation of the third-party content platform.

    Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for automated recovery to re-provision a subscriber of a communication network are provided. A communication session establishment request for a user equipment of a subscriber to utilize a communication network may be received. Subscriber location information, session management subscription data, and policy data associated with the subscriber may be retrieved. A subscriber not found response may be received from a charging component as a response to a charging subscriber request for the charging component to track network and service utilization by the user equipment due to a prior failure to register the subscriber with the charging component.     Abstract: Systems and methods described herein include receiving, at a network device and from a session management device, a first message that includes a first identifier associated with a subscriber and a second identifier associated with a first service that is charged using an online charging system. The network device transmits a second message that indicates a first time period in which to report data usage associated with the first service and a second time period in which to report data usage associated with one or more second services that are charged using an offline charging system. The network device receives first data usage information associated with the first service after the first time period and second data usage information associated with the one or more second services after the second time period. The network device processes the data usage information.
