摘要: A method for recycling thin-film solar cell modules which are which are composed of a substrate layer with a superimposed structure of functional layers, a plastic layer that encapsulates the functional layers, and a cover layer. The substrate layer is transparent to a working laser beam, and the first functional layer, an electrode layer, is able to absorb this working laser beam. The free surface of the substrate layer is scanned with the working laser beam so that the first electrode layer, due to having absorbed the working laser beam, is at least partially vaporized and the superimposed structure of the functional layers is thus detached from the substrate layer. The substrate layer, separately from the functional layers that are attached to the plastic layer and the cover layer, is subsequently available for separate further processing.

摘要: The invention concerns a process to cut, perforate, or inscribe repeating patterns in continuously-moving flat material by locally vaporizing the flat material with at least one controllable laser beam from at least one beam deflection system whereby each laser beam is moved relative to the flat material in two perpendicular directions (x and y) from a fixed point, and a device to implement the procedure. A pattern can be created at any speed that is perfectly aligned in reference to the bent or folded edges by the following steps: Detecting the rate of the flat material, providing bent or folded edges in the moving flat material and detecting its position, controlling the beam deflection system so that it executes the cutting, perforation or writing process depending on a synchronization pulse generated when the bent or folded edges are detected, and the detected rate of the flat material, and monitoring the beam position/beam intensity of each laser beam depending on the detected rate of the flat material and the detected bent or folded edges.

摘要: An arrangement for machining workpieces by a laser, particularly for cutting, perforating, notching, engraving, drilling and inscribing workpieces with three-dimensional structures of different sizes. The laser beam is directed to the workpiece, which is fixed on a holding device, by means of a robot-guided articulated mirror arm and a laser scanner. The laser beam is guided by a coordinated time-controlled and position-controlled deflection of the articulated mirror arm and of the mirror elements of the laser scanner.

摘要: A folding drum and method of operation is disclosed. The folding drum is used for folding material, in particular for a printing press. The folding drum is mounted rotatably on its longitudinal axle. The folding drum has a folding-blade spindle, the longitudinal axle of which is coupled to the longitudinal axle of the folding drum and is spaced apart from the longitudinal axle of the folding drum. Furthermore, the folding drum comprises a force generation means for generating a relief force which is opposed to a centrifugal force which is generated in the case of a rotating folding drum by the co-rotating folding-blade spindle. Thus, the disadvantageous influence of the centrifugal force can be reduced. As a result, in particular, a mounting of the folding-blade spindle can be relieved. The wear of the mounting can be reduced and its service life can be increased.

摘要: A transverse conveyor for a multi-station processing system for pin-shaped workpieces, includes a plurality of pivoted swivel arms, a pair of gripper arms being pivoted to each swivel arm. The pairs of gripper arms have mutually engaging teeth for coupling motion therebetween, and springs are provided to bias the arms closed. The swivel arms are intercoupled for mutual pivoting about their respective axes. The gripper arms are mounted for movement between pairs of adjacent processing stations. One of the gripper arms of each pair is coupled to a roller positioned to engage a circular guide, and the guide is on a pivoted lever whose displacement is controlled by a rotary cam. The rotary cam is shaped to hold the circular guide away from the roller except when the gripper arms are to be opened.
