摘要: A process for converting naphtha to light olefins comprises contacting a naphtha stream with a zeolitic catalyst to produce a light paraffin stream at conditions which dehydrogenate the naphtha to olefins, interconvert the olefins to lighter olefins and hydrogenate the lighter olefins to produce a light paraffin stream comprising ethane and propane. The catalyst may comprise a zeolite and a metal.

摘要: A process for contacting a feed stream comprising an oxygenate feedstock and an aromatic feedstock comprising toluene with a catalyst and recovering a product comprising para-xylene. Para-xylene in the product may be greater than about 24% of the xylenes.

摘要: A family of crystalline aluminosilicate zeolites has been synthesized that is a layered pentasil zeolite. These zeolites are represented by the empirical formula: Mmn+Rrp+Al1-xExSiyOz where M is an alkali, alkaline earth, or rare earth metal such as sodium or strontium, R can be a mixture of organoammonium cations and E is a framework element such as gallium, iron, boron, or indium. These zeolites are characterized by unique x-ray diffraction patterns and compositions and have catalytic properties for carrying out various hydrocarbon conversion processes. 摘要: A modified UZM-14 zeolite is described. The modified UZM-14 zeolite has a Modification Factor of 6 or more. The modified UZM-14 zeolite may have one or more of: a Si/Al2 ratio of 14 to 30; a total pore volume in a range of 0.5 to 1.0 cc/g; at least 5% of a total pore volume being mesopores having a diameter of 10 nm of less; a cumulative pore volume of micropores and mesopores having a diameter of 100 Å or less of 0.25 cc/g or more; or a Collidine IR Bronsted acid site distribution greater than or equal to an area of 3/mg for a peak in a range of 1575 to 1700 cm−1 after desorption at 150° C. Processes of making the modified UZM-14 zeolite and transalkylation processes using the modified UZM-14 zeolite are also described.
