摘要: Method for producing a laminated ceramic electronic component including: forming a laminated body by layering and press-bonding a plurality of ceramic green sheets to become a protective layer and a plurality of the ceramic green sheets with metal paste printed thereon, forming an extended part by printing and drying a conductive paste for the extended part on the main face of the laminated body, forming a laminated ceramic element by cutting off the laminated body with the extended part formed and separating the laminated body into fragments, and forming a curled part by applying a conductive paste for the curled part on said end face of said laminated ceramic element. In the step of forming the laminated body, the laminated body is press-bonded so that the main face of the lead part of the laminated body is positioned lower than the main face of the function part.

摘要: A laminated ceramic electronic component includes a ceramic element and two external electrodes on both end surfaces of the ceramic element. The ceramic element includes a function part and lead parts thinner than the function part. Internal electrode layers are provided facing each other via a ceramic layer therebetween in the function part. The internal electrode layers are drawn out of the function part in the lead part. The external electrode includes an extended part and a curled part. The extended part is formed from the lead part through the function part on the main face. On the main face, the part of the extended part in the lead part is lower than the part of the function part. The curled part is formed from the end face of the ceramic element through the surface of the part of the extended part in the lead part on the main face.

摘要: An effective value operation unit calculates an effective value of a vibration waveform of a bearing, the vibration waveform being measured by using a vibration sensor. An envelope processing unit performs envelope processing on the vibration waveform measured by using the vibration sensor, thereby generating an envelope waveform of the vibration waveform. An effective value operation unit calculates an effective value of an AC component of the envelope waveform generated by the envelope processing unit. A diagnostic unit diagnoses an abnormality of the bearing based on the effective value of the vibration waveform calculated by the effective value operation unit and the effective value of the AC component of the envelope waveform calculated by the effective value operation unit.

摘要: A cage for a ball bearing assembly has a pocket for accommodating one of the balls defined at a plurality of locations in a direction circumferentially thereof and each of the pockets has an inner surface so shaped as to represent a concaved spherical surface. A concaved portion extending from an open edge on the cage inner diametric side towards the cage outer diametric side is provided in an inner surface of each of the pockets. The sectional shape of the inner surface of this concaved portion in a cage circumferential direction is represented by an arcuate shape of a radius of curvature smaller than the radius of curvature of the concaved spherical surface defining the inner surface of the respective pocket. The inner surface of each of the pockets may be formed with a film.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a phosphorescent phosphor having an excellent afterglow luminance after 10 to 12 hours after sunset under the outdoor excitation conditions. The phosphorescent phosphor is represented by the formula (Sr1-a-b-x-yMgaBabEuxDyy)Al2O4, wherein a satisfies a relation 0.02≦a≦0.1, b satisfies a relation 0.03≦b≦0.15, x satisfies a relation 0.001≦x≦0.04, y satisfies a relation 0.004≦y≦0.05, and (a+b) satisfies a relation 0.08≦(a+b)≦0.2. The phosphorescent phosphor has an excellent afterglow luminance after a long period of period of time in a manner most suitable for outdoor applications.

摘要: When it is determined that a blade is rotating, a control device operates a braking device, and acquires a rotation angle (first rotation angle) from a rotation angle sensor. Then, the control device reverses a nacelle and acquires again a rotation angle (second rotation angle) from the rotation angle sensor. Then, the control device determines whether or not the difference between the first rotation angle and the second rotation angle is greater than a threshold value. When it is determined that the rotation angle difference is greater than the threshold value, the control device determines that a gear or a bearing of a gearbox is worn out.
