    摘要: Operation mechanism of a working machine includes a main clutch lever pivotably provided on an operating handle, and a pivot member operable in interlocked relation to pivoting operation of the main clutch lever. The pivot member pivots about a pivot point differing in position from a pivot point of the main clutch lever. When fully pulled by pivoting operation of the main clutch lever, the cable member is located nearest to the pivot point of the pivot member, so that force reverse-pivoting the pivot member is reduced.

    摘要: A zoom lens system includes, in order from an object side: a first lens group having positive refractive power; a second lens group having negative refractive power; a third lens group having positive refractive power; a fourth lens group having negative refractive power; and a fifth lens group having positive refractive power. Upon zooming from a wide-angle end state to a telephoto end state, a position of the first lens group is fixed. At least a portion of any one of the lens groups is moved in a direction including a component perpendicular to an optical axis, and a given conditional expression is satisfied, thereby providing a zoom lens system capable of excellently suppressing variation in aberrations upon zooming and upon correcting an image blur, an optical apparatus including the zoom lens system, and a method for manufacturing the zoom lens system.

Upon zooming from a wide-angle end state to a telephoto end state, a distance between the first lens group G1 and the second lens group G2 varies, and a distance between the second lens group G2 and the third lens group G3 varies. The third lens group G3 carries out focusing from an infinity object to a close object. At least a portion of the fourth lens group G4 moves in a direction perpendicular to the optical axis.

    摘要: OX40L inhibits the generation of IL-10-producing Tr1 cells from naïve and memory CD4+ T cells induced by the immunuosuppressive drugs dexamethasone and vitamin D3. This unique function of OX40L is not shared by two other costimulatory TNF-family members, GITR-ligand and 4-1BB-ligand. OX40L also strongly inhibits the generation of IL-10-producing Tr1 cells induced by two physiological stimuli provided by inducible costimulatory ligand and immature DCs and inhibits the production of IL-10 by regulatory T cells. It has thus been shown that signaling the OX40-receptor on human T cells by monoclonal antibodies, small molecules, or OX40L regulates the generation and function of IL-10 producing immunosuppressive T cells. Also provided are high throughput methods for identifying substances that promote or inhibit the generation and function of IL-10 producing T cells. Numerous disease states, such as human allergic, autoimmune, and autoimmune diseases, and cancer, may be treated by targeting OX40/OX40L.

    摘要: New method to control the optical transmitter is disclosed. The optical transmitter provides both of the ATC feedback loop and the APC feedback loop. When a failure occurs in the ATC feedback loop and the temperature sensor is unable to output an adequate signal any longer, the optical transmitter cuts the APC loop and operates the LD in constant conditions. The output of the monitor PD is transferred to the ATC loop to control the TEC based on the optical output of the LD.

OX4OL inhibits the generation of Tr1 cells from naïve and memory CD4+ T cells. This unique function of OX4OL is not shared by two other costimulatory TNF-family members, GITR-ligand and 4-1BB-ligand. It has been shown that signaling the OX40-receptor on human T cells by antibodies, small molecules, or the OX4OL modulates the generation and function of IL-10 producing Foxp3+ Treg immunosuppressive T cells and blocks Foxp3+ Treg function. Further, provided are high throughput methods for identifying compounds that can inhibit the immunosuppressive function of IL-10 producing Tr1 cells.
