    摘要: An optical coherence tomographic device may include: a light source; a measurement light generator that generates measurement light and generates reflected light from a target region in a scattering sample by irradiating the target region with the measurement light; a reference light generator that generates reference light; an interference light generator that generates interference light by combining the reflected light and the reference light; an interference light detector that detects the interference light and generates interference signals by converting the interference light; and a processor. The processor may cause the OCT device to execute: acquiring tomographic images for a same cross section in the target region in time series from the interference signals; calculating an entropy of the generated interference signals based on the tomographic images; and specifying a dynamic part in the tomographic images based on the calculated entropy.

    摘要: An optical tomographic imaging apparatus capable of acquiring a two-dimensional or/and three-dimensional tomographic image having higher SNR and quality by cancelling phase change caused by birefringence of a sample in average processing using a predetermined kernel region, and calculating a global phase difference of each pixel in the kernel. The optical tomographic imaging apparatus includes a processing unit configured to: set a predetermined kernel to a B scan image or/and C scan image (volume data) acquired corresponding to a Jones matrix; model the Jones matrix of each pixel in the set predetermined kernel by using one or more unitary matrices to calculate a relative global phase of each pixel; and cancel the calculated relative global phase in each pixel in the predetermined kernel to average each element of the Jones matrix in the predetermined kernel.

    摘要: Provided is an optical tomographic device for simultaneously acquiring a plurality of tomographic images at a same position in a subject without narrowing a depthwise measurement range. A measurement light generator generates at least two measurement lights with different optical path lengths, superimposes the at least two measurement lights, radiates the resultant light to a subject, and splits reflected light reflected from the subject into at least two reflected lights. A reference light generator generates at least two reference lights with different optical path lengths. An interfering light generator combines the at least two reflected lights and the at least two reference lights having corresponding different optical path lengths, to generate at least two interfering lights. An interfering light detector detects the at least two interfering lights independently by at least two interfering light detectors.
