    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided to enable on-demand requests for a time reference for time-sensitive communications (TSC). The network can optionally configure a UE to enable on-demand requests for TSC. When the UE needs a time reference for TSC, the UE sends a message to the network including an explicit indication that a time reference for TSC is needed by the UE. In response to the request, the network sends to the UE on-demand system information comprising the time reference in a broadcast message or a dedicated message.

    Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein that provide reporting of early measurements in a cellular communications system. Embodiments of a method performed by a wireless device are disclosed. Early measurements are also referred to herein as dormant mode measurements. In some embodiments, a method performed by a wireless device includes performing one or more dormant mode measurements, where the one or more dormant mode measurements are one or more measurements performed by the wireless device while the wireless device is in a dormant mode. The method further includes storing the one or more dormant mode measurements, identifying a reporting scheme to be used by the wireless device to report dormant mode measurements, and reporting at least one of the stored dormant mode measurements in accordance with the identified reporting scheme. Corresponding embodiments of a wireless device are also disclosed.

    Abstract: A method performed by a remote User Equipment (UE) for handling a path switch failure of a connection in a wireless communications network. The remote UE detects the path switch failure. The path switch failure relates to a failure to switch path from a first path to a first network node, to a second path to a second network node. At least one path out of the first path and the second path comprises an indirect link. Upon detecting the path switch failure, the remote UE continues to apply a previous configuration for the connection that was used before the path switch was triggered. During continuing to apply the previous configuration, to recover from the path switch failure, the remote UE triggers a recovery procedure to continue the transmission. During the recovery procedure, the connection for the first path is kept.

    Abstract: A method (400) for reporting radio link failure, RLF, information. The method includes a user equipment, UE, detecting (s402) an RLF with respect to a master cell group, MCG. The method also includes, in response to detecting the RLF with respect to the MCG, the UE storing (s404) RLF information. The method also includes the UE sending (s406) a first message comprising MCG failure information, e.g., the RLF information, and activating a timer.     Abstract: A method in a sidelink, SL, user equipment, UE, configured with SL carrier aggregation, CA, to handle SL radio link failure, RLF, per SL carrier includes monitoring at least one of radio channel quality, radio link control, RLC, transmission, or hybrid automatic repeat request, HARQ, discontinuous transmission, DTX, per SL carrier. The method includes for each SL carrier, responsive to determining there is a SL RLF in the SL carrier: reporting SL RLF to at least one peer SL UE using at least one SL carrier of SL carriers that are not failed in a SL carrier configuration associated with the SL carrier having the SL RLF; and when the SL UE is connected to a base station, gNB, reporting the SL RLF to the gNB.
