    摘要: Determining a time synchronization inaccuracy value between a first node and a second node. A PTP packet is received including Node IDs representing respective transport nodes along a first path, and from the second node Node IDs are obtained representing respective transport nodes along a second path. Furthermore, a first common node of the first path and the second path is determined. The time synchronization inaccuracy value between the first node and the second node is calculated. By including Node IDs in received PTP packets before forwarding them to a node, the node is enabled to determine a first common node. Thereby, the node may calculate relative time inaccuracy values with respect to the other access network nodes, which may be used to decrease inaccuracy time synchronization for co-ordination functions.

A location request is sent to the OLS node for requesting geographic location information of the communication device, the location request comprising the identifier of the communication device, the identifier of the communication device to be utilized by the OLS node for retrieving the requested geographic location information from a location server, and the retrieved geographic location information to be sent by the OLS node to the OTT service providing node.

    摘要: An identifier of a first location server is received together with information regarding which communication devices the first location server stores geographic location information for. A location request is received from an Operator Location Service (OLS) node for requesting the geographic location information of the communication device. The location request originates from an Over The Top (OTT) service providing node and comprises an identifier of the communication device. The first location server is determined by utilising the received identifier of the communication device and the received identifier of a first location server. The geographic location information of the communication device is obtained from the determined first location server by utilising the received identifier of the first location server. The retrieved geographic location information of the communication device is sent to the OLS node, which forwards the received geographic location information to the OTT service providing node.

    摘要: Method and communication network node for enabling a radio base station to adjust a Radio Access Network, RAN, capability within a RAN, such as handover or scheduling, dependent on a data transport characteristics of a backhaul network, such as data transfer rate, network delay and bandwidth. The RAN and the backhaul network are parts of a telecommunication network, and the first communication network node is arranged in the telecommunication network to communicate data between the RAN and a core network node in the telecommunication network.By acquiring knowledge of variations of transport characteristics in backhaul networks, RAN capabilities may be adjusted, e.g. by performing handover of UEs to other radio base stations which have better backhaul transport characteristics. Thereby, user experience for the users of the UE may be increased. In addition, an operator of the communication network may make better use of installed transport capacity.
