    摘要: A compressor that allows a discharge port to assume a large circumference and a large area at an exit end thereof so as to optimize the discharge resistance and the pressure-receiving area and assuring improved volumetric efficiency through reduced dead volume, includes a discharge port 5b, an entrance end of which opens into a compression chamber and an exit end that is able to open and shut with a discharge valve 43. The discharge port 5b is constituted with a recessed portion 50 formed to achieve a predetermined depth from the exit end and a through portion 51 having a smaller sectional area than the sectional area of the recessed portion 50. The through portion 51 is formed so that its width measured along a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the discharge valve is greater than its width measured along the longitudinal direction of the discharge valve 43.

    摘要: In a piston-type compressor in which a working fluid is taken in through an intake port is first compressed with pistons and is then let out through an outlet port, an axial hole ranging along the axial direction and a radial hole communicating with the axial hole and opening into a crankcase are formed within the shaft. Additionally, a first intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port is guided via the crankcase to the radial hole and the axial hole and a second intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port is guided to join the working fluid having been drawn into the first intake passage by bypassing the crankcase are formed in the compressor. The working fluid is taken into cylinders from the area where the first working fluid and the second working fluid join each other.

    摘要: The present invention provides a piston-type compressor that effectively reduces the quantity of oil flowing out of the compressor by assuring a full centrifugal separation effect to be induced as a shaft rotates without having to install a complicated oil separation mechanism. In a piston-type compressor in which a working fluid having been taken in through an intake port 30 is first compressed with pistons 17 and is then let out through an outlet port, an axial hole 32a ranging along the axial direction and a radial hole 32b communicating with the axial hole 32a and opening into a crankcase 7 are formed within the shaft 12. In addition, a first intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port 30 is guided via the crankcase 7 to the radial hole 32b and the aacial hole 32a and a second intake passage through which the working fluid having flowed in through the intake port 30 is guided to join the working fluid having been drawn into the first intake passage by bypassing the crankcase 7 are formed in the compressor. The working fluid is taken into cylinders from the area where the first working fluid and the second working fluid join each other.

A screw shaft integrally rotates with the rotor, to convert the rotation of the rotor into the linear movement of an external body. A radial bearing holds the screw shaft to the case in a rotatable manner about its axis. The radial bearing including an inner ring secured to the screw shaft and an outer ring secured to the case for transferring a thrust load from the screw shaft to the case.

    摘要: A motor has a motor housing, a brush mechanism having a substrate, and a pair of electricity supply lines extending from the substrate. A first support portion, a second support portion and a third support portion are located about the central axis of the substrate. The substrate is supported by the housing with vibration absorbing members, each of which provided at one of the first to third support portions. The first support portion is located between the electricity supply lines. The second and third support portions are symmetrically located on both sides of a straight line that extends through the first support portion and the axis of the substrate. Therefore, the brush mechanism is prevented from being inclined, and vibration of the brush mechanism is effectively absorbed.

    摘要: A standard color image and at least one processed image are printed on a single sheet of photosensitive material. The standard color image is obtained by carrying out standard image processing on a single original color image. The processed image is obtained by carrying out image processing under different processing conditions on the original color image. The different processing conditions may be the processing conditions for altering an image tone, image sharpness, image gradation, image trimming, an image size enlargement scale factor, or a combination of at least two of them. Various prints, which are obtained from image processings carried out by setting the processing conditions to various different processing conditions, can thus be seen easily.
