Abstract:
A stream data management method includes: storing in a sequence header of the top original moving image information a terminal ID indicating a terminal which generated original moving image information and date-and-time information which is guaranteed by a third party, storing in a sequence header of the next original moving image information a characteristic value of the last partial information of the preceding original moving image information, generating signature-related information of the original moving image information, generating cutout moving image information to which a sequence header is added, generating signature-related information of the cutout moving image information, and verifying originality and actual time of cutout stream data based on the cutout moving image information, the signature-related information of the cutout moving image information, and the signature-related information of the original moving image information.
Abstract:
A wire rope flaw detector that is capable of accommodating a plurality of wire rope diameters and is inexpensive includes at least two magnetic sensor units that are integrated with a magnetizer and include planer coils placed opposite to each other with a magnetic circuit generated by the magnetizer in between, in the direction almost parallel to the magnetic circuit in a predetermined section of a wire rope. The detector further includes an adjuster capable of changing the distance between the at least two magnetic sensor units depending on the diameter of the wire rope.
Abstract:
A signature device including a storage unit configured to store moving image data, and a processor configured to extract original metadata from moving image data for the image data of each of a plurality of images forming the moving image data, the original metadata including location data of the image data and identification data of the moving image data, to encode the image data of each of the images into still image data in accordance with an image format, to write the still image data into a first area, to write the original metadata extracted by the extractor into a second area, the first area and the second area being included in a storage area of a still image data file in which the still image data is filed, and to generate summary data for the still image data file.

Abstract:
A computer extracts the header information from an electronic mail, including an originality guarantee. The computer generates a header characterization for the header information subject to originality guarantee, and extracts message body information from the electronic mail and generates a body characterization for the message body information as well. The generated characterization set applies the header characterization and the body characterization, combined. The verification information is added to the generated characterization set for applying a signature, and characterization set is linked to electronic mail.
Abstract:
A release mechanism for use in a leveling apparatus that performs a leveling process on a work object that has been wound in a coil configuration as a result of the work object being passed between a front side work roll in contact with the front side surface of the work object and a back side work roll that is in contact with the back side surface of the work, wherein the releasing mechanism switches between a work clamp state that allows performance of the leveling process and a release state that releases the work object from the clamp state by displacing a work roll support member that supports one of the work rolls relative to the another support member to change a distance between the work rolls by utilizing rotational movement of an electric motor.
Abstract:
A management apparatus comprising memory to store owner information, dependence relationship information, and authorized user information are associated with file information identifying the secret file, an authorized user determination unit to determine whether a source user of the browse request is registered as the authorized user of the browse request file, a dependent file specifying unit to specify a dependent file having a dependence relationship with the browse request file by referring to the dependence relationship information when the source user is authorized; and a browse permission response transmitting unit to transmit the browse permission response to the source user based on whether or not the source user is registered as the authorized user of the dependent file by referring to the authorized user information.
Abstract:
In order to examine abnormality in shape of an outer circumference of a wire rope, the rope tester device includes a comb-shaped detection plate having a curved test edge portion extending along at least one portion of an outer circumference of a substantially circular sectional configuration of the wire rope and a testing recessed portion for receiving the wire rope in the vicinity of or in contact with the test edge portion, and a support device for rotatably supporting the detection plate in the vicinity of or in contact with the wire rope for permitting the rotation of the detection plate when the detection plate receives a force from an abnormal portion of the wire rope to relieve the force. A test string is disposed in an opening of the testing recessed portion for testing a surface that is not in the vicinity of or in contact with the test edge portion.
Abstract:
In order to reduce noise due to the rope vibration in the rope tester, a mounting shaft extending perpendicular to the running direction of the wire rope is positioned in front of the rope tester, and a hook-shaped engagement piece, which extends from the rope tester and is slidable or rotatable into an opened or closed position, is brought into engagement with the mounting shaft so that the rope tester is held movable in the perpendicular direction relative to the running direction of the wire rope.
Abstract:
A personal information verification system using an intermediary server and a settlement institution server, where personal information with an electronic signature, showing a desired purchase and a first version of item hash information are received from a person terminal. Then, the intermediary server generates a second version of item hash information by hiding the purchase item and adding an electronic signature, and transmits the second version of the item hash information to the settlement institution server. The settlement institution server sends a payment bill to a seller, generates the third version of the item hash information, and transmits the third version of the item hash information together with the amended personal information. The intermediary server generates a fourth version of the item hash information and transmits the personal information and the first to fourth versions of the item hash information to the seller terminal.
