摘要: Disclosed is an absorbent article having an absorbent member. The absorbent member has an absorbent core wrapped in a sheet of a fibrous material. The absorbent core contains a web of hydrophilic, crimped continuous fibers and a superabsorbent polymer which is embeddedly supported in the web. The continuous fibers are preferably oriented in the planar direction of the absorbent member. Also disclosed is an absorbent article having an absorbent member, in which a web of hydrophilic, crimped continuous fibers and a fiber accumulated layer or a nonwoven fabric are superposed on each other. The fiber accumulated layer and the nonwoven fabric are made of natural pulp and/or synthetic fibers and may or may not contain a superabsorbent polymer. The continuous fibers are oriented in the planar direction of the absorbent member.

摘要: This gold solder comprises an Au-Cu-Ag-Ge alloy with 3 to 6% germanium and has a melting temperature of 800.degree. C. or below. The gold content of the gold solder is 50 to 70% equivalent to 12 to 16 Karat. The gold solder that exhibits corrosion resistance corresponding to that of materials such as a gold alloy, stainless steel, stellite and sintered carbide makes it possible to solder at 800.degree. C. or below ornamental parts made of the above materials. As a result, any surface degradation is prevented during the soldering process of mirror-polished ornamental parts.

摘要: An absorbent member (10) of the invention has a hydrophilic continuous fiber web (12) and lumpy particles of an absorbent polymer (13) held in the web (12). The absorbent polymer (13) is localized in part in a planar or thickness direction of the absorbent member (10). The continuous fibers in a region (M) in a planar direction of the web (12) where the absorbent polymer is distributed are in a state cut into a large number of staple fibers (122). A method of producing an absorbent member includes the step of spreading lumpy particles of an absorbent polymer (13) on a continuous fiber web (12) and pressing the continuous fibers in part of the web (12) onto the absorbent polymer (13) to cut the continuous fibers.

摘要: This manufacturing method of a powder injection molded part includes the steps of using a binder composition containing at least 2 kinds of thermoplastic binder components having an evaporation temperature higher than the injection molding temperature and a different evaporation initiating temperature from each other, elevating the temperature of a molded body above the evaporation initiating temperature of the binder component having the lowest evaporation initiating temperature rapidly, removing the binder component having the lowest evaporation initiating temperature from the molded body by holding this temperature, and thereafter, removing all binder components by elevating up to a temperature not lower than the evaporation initiating temperature of the binder component having the highest evaporation initiating temperature. By this method, the form unstability of final parts, which is a problem of the prior art, is resolved, dimensional accuracy is satisfied, and it is possible to shorten debinding times.
