Abstract: The present disclosure relates to Fourier ptychographic microscopy systems and methods. The system includes: a three-color LED array; a microscope, configured to obtain image information with multi-wavelength, and magnify to generate magnified image information; an RGB camera configured to acquire a first color image with a first resolution based on the magnified image information; and a controller, configured to synchronously control the three-color LED array and the RGB camera, in which the three-color LED array is further configured to display a plurality of illumination patterns, the RGB camera is further configured to acquire synchronously a plurality of first color images, and the controller is further configured to restore a single second image with a second resolution according to the plurality of first color images, and the first resolution is less than the second resolution. The present disclosure improves sampling speed.

Abstract: Provided are a microscopic imaging system and a microscopic imaging method. The system includes: an illumination module configured to generate a laser illumination, an LCOS device located in a Fourier plane of the laser illumination and configured to modulate a phase of the laser illumination, a 4-F system configured to adjust a size of a light beam of the laser illumination, an excitation lens group configured to generate a point illumination focused in a sample plane, a detecting lens group configured to capture an image of a PSF of the point illumination, a camera sensor, and a controller configured to synchronously control a change in a phase pattern of the LCOS device and an image capture of the camera sensor.
