Abstract: A hydraulic control system includes a linear solenoid valve, an ON-OFF solenoid valve and a hydraulically-operated frictional engagement device. A first hydraulic pressure is regulated by the linear solenoid valve within a predetermined pressure-regulation control range, and is supplied to the frictional engagement device. In a state in which the frictional engagement device is placed in a predetermined engaged state based on the first hydraulic pressure, a second hydraulic pressure, which is higher than the pressure-regulation control range, is supplied from the ON-OFF solenoid valve to the frictional engagement device, such that the frictional engagement device is placed in a fully engaged state with a high engaging torque based on the second hydraulic pressure.

Abstract: An electric oil pump for automobile transmission clutch engagement includes: a temperature sensor that measures a temperature of oil supplied to an oil supply destination relating to clutch engagement of an automobile transmission; an oil pump drive motor; a current determination part that determines a current value output to the oil pump drive motor to a predetermined current value determined such that the oil pump drive motor is capable of being driven without stopping in a case where the temperature is equal to or less than a predetermined temperature at which a torque of the oil pump drive motor becomes smaller than a load of the oil pump drive motor; and an oil pump that supplies oil to the oil supply destination by the oil pump drive motor being driven based on the determined current value.

Abstract: The control device of the vehicle performs slip control for engaging the connection and disconnection clutch as an instruction hydraulic pressure for engaging the connection and disconnection clutch by the hydraulic control mechanism after the internal combustion engine is started by the starter, as an instruction hydraulic pressure for maintaining the speed of the internal combustion engine at a higher speed than a lower limit speed for avoiding the stop of the internal combustion engine. Further, the control device of the vehicle performs engagement completion control of raising an instruction hydraulic pressure for engaging the connection and disconnection clutch from an instruction hydraulic pressure in the slip control to an instruction hydraulic pressure for completing engagement of the connection and disconnection clutch when a difference between the speed of the internal combustion engine and the speed of the electric motor becomes smaller than a preset threshold value.

Abstract: A controller controls a motor-driven oil pump of a vehicle. The vehicle includes an engine, a mechanical oil pump, a battery, a motor-driven oil pump driven by a driving voltage applied by the battery, and a hydraulic device. The controller includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry controls the driving voltage in a stop period during which the engine automatically stops and automatically restarts. The stop period includes a first period starting when the engine automatically stops and continuing until cranking starts and a second period starting when the cranking starts and continuing until the engine automatically restarts. The driving voltage in the first period is less than the driving voltage in the second period.

Abstract: A breather device that communicates an inside of a case with an outside of the case in a vertical direction includes a cylindrical body having a hollow portion that extends in the vertical direction, a stopper inserted in the hollow portion, and a blocking body that is located in a space defined by the stopper in the hollow portion, and blocks a communicating hole provided in a lower part of the cylindrical body as viewed in the vertical direction. The communicating hole ceases to be blocked when the pressure inside the case exceeds a first predetermined value, and the blocking body moves upward in the vertical direction in the space.
